This place is phenomenal. I have been working out there for over 2 years. This is the most consistent I have ever been in any workout routine, and I attribute that to My House Fitness and Candace in particular. She has a no nonsense style and she is very results focused. She also has the sense of humor and personality to make it a comfortable experience. She has learned how to push my buttons to make me push past my limits to get the most out of my workouts. Extremely convenient location. Great parking. Great place to help you reach your goals and stick to that resolution!

One of the best decisions that I ever made was to join My House Fitness, Maitland, FL. I was skeptical about trying again since I had taken one trial lesson with a trainer and found the trainer to show little interest and felt rushed.

My chiropractor recommended My House Fitness College Park to me to strengthen my back and core. Also, I had a c-section a year and a half ago and felt ready to tone my overall body. I didn't really know what to expect. I have worked out in private gyms and big box corporate gyms but its been years. My House Fitness with Michael Baldwin as my trainer is an awesome place to train. I’ve been training with Michael for nearly 3-years and he’s encouraging and committed to my continual improvement. You should see the biceps on this 58-year old - I’ve never seen that before in my life. Yes I work for it but I couldn’t have done it without Michael and My House Fitness. Thank you!!!

Favorite place to unwind after work, Mike keeps the sessions interesting and fun. I love the small group classes, and individual attention you receive. I have found somewhere to work out, and still be able to joke around and be comfortable. Mike truely cares about helping you and is always available via text for any meal or exercise questions. You won't find a more devoted person.

I can't say that I have seen extreme results in my body because I haven't been going to MHF for long and because wine... but i will tell you I feel stronger (i can do more than 1 push up now), love the workouts and have fun while doing it. My husband and I go to Michael and he is extremely Knowledgeable, personable, and caring. Not only do you get a great workout, you get it at a price that doesn't require you to get a second job!

Personal trainer Micheal Baldwin is professional, highly skilled and motivated to continually provide a high yield and personalized program that has helped me achieve my personal fitness goals. I came to my house fitness maitland not really sure what to expect, i am currently in my 5th month of training 2-3x a week and i have become addicted! My body has transformed more so than i ever thought possible! I love the trainers, the facility, and the atmosphere!! No judgment, no negativity, just sweat & hardwork!

Mike is awesome! Always does something different so each workout is unique and I don't get bored. He is also very attentive when it comes to injury and does a fantastic job at helping to rehab and make you strong again.

I went in for my initial evaluation to begin personal training. Kelly greeted me, offered me water while I waited. (I was 20 minutes early) She checked on me a couple times, as she was training someone else. Ben gave me a very thorough eval and helped me to set some goals, referred me to an app to track my food/beverage intake. I was not lectured or made to feel less about myself, due to being out of condition. As I did my eval, I was given positive feedback on areas that are strengths. Tomorrow I go back for my first personal session and expect to get a great start to a new me!
