I am disappointed with your customer service at **********. I was calling to suggest a default on your Website on the tracking number page that allows the person to look up their tracking number by name and address. My issue is I can't read some of the numbers on my receipt and kept getting the error message that I had an incorrect number. I thought it would be nice to have the option to look up the tracking number by name if you can't read the number. I was asking CS if there was a reason this option isn't available. She couldn't answer me and abruptly ended the call and hung up on me. I thought that was very rude. She could have said she didn't know and maybe made an effort to find out. She gave me a bad impression of your company, as I was trying to give feedback on how to improve your system, but didn't make it that far. She said I would need to contact the store I sent my package. Why call the store and waste your employee's and our time when it could be streamlined by having this option available online? If it's a privacy issue, include a "What's your favorite.,..xxx?" When issuing a tracking number. This improvement to your Website will save a lot of time, money, and provide an added convenience for your customers.
Another option is to enlarge the tracking number on the receipt. The Z looked like a 2 and the W looked like a 0 or a V. My husband had to use a magnifying glass to read the numbers/letters properly.

Horrible experience. This store is absolutely price gouging as they have a monopoly on the island. Charged $18 for an 18 inch cube box that costs four dollars at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Then proceeded to charge me 3 1/2 times the published rates for UPS ground shipment to Illinois. $158 to ship two 22lb boxes GROUND. 18 x 18 x 18. Look it up. I was also not allowed to prepare my shipment in the store. Had to do it outside on the sidewalk. I will never use the store again if I can avoid it, and I hope you do the same.

The employees are so rude every time I come here and super impatient. I had an extra box I didn’t need and I asked them to dispose of the box. He said he goes to the dumpster too many times a day already and wouldn’t even save it for someone who would have needed a box to ship out something. The guy said he would charge me $5 to dispose of it…WOW.

Just went to this UPS store this afternoon on Feb 2nd. Had read so many negative reviews but since I had no choice I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service even though the store was busy. Adam did our notary services. He and the other employees were great. Would definitely go back there again if I need their services.

We sent Christmas money ($100.00 bills) to our seven grandchildren, second day air, insured, in two separate UPS envelopes. They never arrived. Store claims they are lost, I think otherwise. Now they will not even reimburse for the insurance because we can’t prove what was in the envelopes. Due to the suspected loss of the money I can longer trust the employees at this store or their trucking company. Needless to say we will never use this UPS store again.

I shipped four guitars from the UPS store in two packages. I paid to insure them for replacement value. One box showed up but the other didn’t. I called the store and week later and was told it was only delayed. I waited and after a week I told them I didn’t think it was going to be found and I wanted to file a claim with the insurance company which is owned by UPS. I filed the claim and the UPS insurance company. The rep has jerked me around for over a month. The claims rep sends the same questions to answer multiple times and plays dumb when I ask legitimate questions. I will NEVER use this company again to shop anything of value. I paid hundreds of dollars to insure the guitars. The guitars are gone and they could care less. So disgusted.

Horrific business. Nice employees, confused and unintelligent ownership and management. Woman who is manager acts like a pill addict. Doesn't know what's going on, no competent record keeping on the mailbox rental. My business mail was "returned to sender" when they were PAID. When I asked why all my mail had been stamped that way, they explained it was a mistake only to subsequently return all my corporate mail. Nightmare place. Ok if you're clueless also, but if your educated and successful stay far away from this place. It's an ignorant incompetent business in a population of highly educated and successful individuals. They are your absolute worst nightmare! Glad to hear another UPS store is about to wipe away their customer base. The only customers they have would rather be elsewhere anyway. Soon there wish will come true!
