I took my cat 2-3 times because I thought that she had asthma and a vet told me that she didn’t and when I took her somewhere else she ended up having asthma and now I’m very worried because they misdiagnosed her and who knows what could have happened!!!

I've had my Milo since he was 8 weeks old and on 4/9/2021at 5pm he fell into an eternal sleep. This was the hardest thing to do but the right thing to keep him from suffering. Milo developed congested heart failure, a large mass in his lung and chest wall and other conditions. Dr. Handley and her team supported my entire family during this time. Her team who assisted us was amazing. I miss my Milo, he was a great puppy and lived a great life. Milo was 16 years young.Thank you

I was called and asked to come in on 4/16/21 and i agreed I didn't mind going a few days earlier my appointment for my puppy was set for 04/19/21 but decided why not to take her in early and get it out the way. This would be the second time I would be coming to this location and when I arrived no one was there shortly after it was filled with other customers not only did I have to wait for everyone else but the lady who finally attended me was really standoffish right from the beginning like if I was an inconvenience. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I handed my puppy over to her and said the doctor would call me I stood outside for almost an hour and than sat in my car for an additional two hours no call. I went home since I have a toddler to care for past 30min and I was getting worried. I called and had asked for Nina lady said it was a drop off like what? I was never told this at all. Why would it take 4-6hours to administer 3shots to a 5lb puppy makes zero sense to me. Don't see why they would consider that a drop off she only needed shots. I repeat do not consent to drop off no need to wait this long. Go to another banfield .

I didnt like being yelled at because my dog is 2 pds overweight. Hills stop making his diet food and he does not like the new stuff. I like staff as they are always so nice and helpful.

Very polite, handling covid-19 protocol accordingly and safely. They took care of my puppy and gave me all the information needed and instructions in a manner I was able to understand. Love it!!

Today was quick and efficient for plan covered oral vaccine. Staff member was courteous and thorough in evaluating my dog. This level of service was greatly appreciated.

I took my sick dog there, I was under the impression (based on what was told to me when booking) that my appointment was another time other than what they claimed they had down for me. They claimed I was 15 minutes late (thought I was arriving early) and they would not see my dog under no circumstance and I would have to reschedule. I feel like my dog is just another number to them and there's no real compassion for my pet's life. I will discontinue my wellness plan and will not take any of my pets back to Banfield. If you're looking for a vet that cares for your furry family please do not come here.

This office has the WORST customer service from front desk to doctors. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go!!!! Not to mention the doctor, I asked a question about what she's seen in her experience on a rash and her response was "oh, I don't know". Then rushes me off the phone because she was closing in 3 minutes!!!! AWFUL

I found a stray kitten last night and wanted to do a full health check-up, but my primary vet was all booked up until Monday. One of the front desk ladies suggested Banfield. I was nervous at first, especially with some bad reviews I read. Turns out, there was no reason to be. Every person I talked to from the front desk receptionists, the nurses, to the doctor were all nice, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. They responded to all of the questions I had regarding prices and how things worked. They were transparent with everything. The prices are exactly what they should have been for the services I needed. I am very thankful I took the kitten there and will be recommending them to anyone in the area. Thanks for all your help! You made my weekend by taking care of this pretty little kitten I found on the street.

Has been my doggy's vet since she was two months old. They offer a few pet healthcare plans I encourage other pet owners to take advantage of. Very friendly staff, short to no wait times, and skilled veterinarians. I highly recommend.
