The ladies at the front desk were awesome There were things I did not know and she took the time to explain it to me she walked the storage grounds explained the rules and everything was fast and easy I would and have recommended this place to any of my friends and family

So far so good! I had a problem with a competitor up the street that was constantly making huge rent increases even though they were advertising the same initial rate I started with. I called Extra Space and was assured that wouldn't be the case and received a specific link via Email for account setup. The representative stayed on the phone until I completed the entire process, including downloading their App to my phone. Bottom line is I ended up getting a 10x10 unit with CBS walls for the same original price of a 5x12 unit with corrugated metal walls at the competitor. They also cheated on their measurements so it was actually narrower and shorter than advertised by a couple of inches. SIZE MATTERS and this Extra Space Unit is exactly 10x10 with about a 10 ft ceiling.
