I’m sorry, I don’t understand how a place can function with zero openings for months, and it is physically impossible for anyone to answer the phone there. I have been trying to reach a human for about five weeks and I continue to get their voicemail service and it texts you to try and book a service instead, but they are booked up for months in advance. Why would I ever get my first set here if there’s no way for me to maintain my Lashes with follow up appointments for months? Sounds like it’s too good to be true. Very disappointing because it’s the closest and most convenient for me. Not sure who’s running this place, but whoever is actually in the building refuses to answer the phone. I’ll just find another place to go to.

All the girls here are so talented and I come all the way from Tampa (3 hour drive) to get my lashes done!! They always look amazing and last long. Andrea is one of my favorites! She does the BEST lashes ever?

Just went today for my first lash lift. I wanted to get behind all the hype I've been seeing on tik tok. The process was long but Gabriela made it smooth with her gentle voice and making sure I knew what was happening as she was doing it.
I'm very impressed with my lashes, they look awesome and I'm not wearing any make up. I will revisit if I ever need any lash needs done. The process was very smooth. I will say I did experience some burning but I don't think my eyes weren't used to the chemicals used. They feel fine now and they did as soon as Gabriela rinsed my eyes. I recommended asking for Gabriela if you want an amazing experience.

I have been going to the Lash Lounge for several years. Shohreh is top notch when it comes to lashes. Has also tattooed my brows which i absolutely love. Her threading is perfection. She is my go to girl. Thanks Shohreh for making me shine.

Shohreh is amazing doing eyebrow threading. I trust her and she is sweet and efficient. I have been doing my eyebrows with her for the last 2 years and I never had a complaint. I would definitely recommend her!

Just got my lash extensions with Gabriella at the Lash Lounge in Viera, she is so lovely and kind and so meticulous and skilled. My eyes and lash line feel very comfortable, nothing is pulling everything is just super comfortable and feels great which shows how skilled she is. My retention is amazing with her skill and the cleansing products I purchased at the lash salon. If you see Gabriella she will take great care of you and give you an amazing perk in your step and leave you feeling just really beautiful and so happy with your very beautiful lashes!

I was visiting from out of town when I booked with Shohreh (senior stylist) for my normal membership hybrid refill. She walked in the front door 10 mins late to my appointment (I was waiting on her). Her nails were incredibly long that it impeded her ability to perform the refill and I'm honestly not sure how it's sanitary. She was rushed the whole time and got glue in both my eyes, which made them both start watering. It felt like she glued all the lashes on at the same time instead of separately and that would account for why I was done 20 mins before my appointment time was over even though we started 15 minutes late. I was in her chair from 2:15pm-2:40pm. She didn't opt to wear a mask so I could feel her breath on my face and it did not smell pleasant. I didn't want to be rude so I didn't mention it at the time. I also do not think she looked at my profile to match my length and curve of the lashes I had before the refill so I noticed after I left the lashes aren't even/matched. I've been seeing senior stylists at my home lash lounge since fall 2021 so I have several years of appointments to compare service to, and this visit was grossly disappointing. I'm not sure if she is an outlier but I do not plan to revisit this salon when I'm in town again.

Shoreh is supposed to be the master stylist, yet threaded my eyebrows unevenly and not in alignment with my permanent brow makeup. HORRIBLE. Paid extra to have who is considered the expert there do my brows just for her to jack them up? Frustrating. I just wish I could have my money back after this ridiculous experience.
8/1 Update: Spoke with the owner regarding the incident in person after a tense phone conversation. In person she understood my concerns, acknowledged training gaps and realized areas of improvement on behalf of this particular stylist. Maybe she was having a bad day. I’m going back (once the extra hair threaded away) grows back for a redo with a different stylist who specializes in permanent makeup. I appreciate the owner allowing me to come in & for taking time to hear my experience and acting to create a better customer relationship. After the redo appointment I’ll post another update.
