Employee was rude and canceled my appointment which was scheduled 1 month prior and he refused to do my graphics. He kept saying "NOT MY FAULT". BLAMED THE OWNER.HIGHLY SUGGEST FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

I came in with a small but very personal project. The people at Graphic Details sat down and listen to my ideas then put together the most amazing covers for my wheelchair. Now, each time I look at my wheelchair, a huge smile comes over my face. In addition to the job being done absolutely perfectly, it was completed very quickly and the cost was below initial estimate, which was more than extremely reasonable. I wish I could give Graphic Details 10 stars!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! THANK YOU

I called to get vinyl put on my travel trailer and a "best guess" on a price for the work. The person on the phone said he would not have any idea of the cost without putting his eyes on it and furthermore he had no time to look at it.The next place I called had me send pics and they sent an estimate.What a difference in the way business' see customer service.(OBTW: I gave the second company a good review)

Use these guys!! I went to their store and worked with Joseph with my boat decal. He was awesome and the turn around time was super quick. They also installed the decals, everything went smoothly and great communication!

I had SunTek film installed on almost half of my Lexus on 3/9/2020 at Graphic Details Inc in Merritt Island, Florida. I recently started noticing black under the edge of the film on my white car and went to the dealer about 5 or 6 weeks ago. The company has changed owners and the installer no longer works there. I was told to go see the installer, Josh DiRisio, which I did. He looked at the film and said there would no problem getting it replaced. I called him a week later and he said the company had the info and a piece of the film he pulled from one of my mirrors but I had to go thru the company that did the installation. Believing SunTek had been contacted I waited for contact by Graphic Details to call me but heard nothing. After several weeks of waiting, 11/15/2021 I went to see the company owner. He informed me that nothing had been done and that (SunTek) wanted him to pay for the film upfront and then he would be reimbursed after installation. He basically said he wasn't going to do that and that I could call the company direct. He basically saw no reason for him to fix this for me. That should give pause to anyone who has them do work for them. He knows nothing about customer service and may not back his work. I can maybe understand his not taking responsibility for previous owner's work but he kept the name of his company the same as it was when my work was done. I personally would never trust this guy to do work for me!

I just had another great experience with Graphic Details. I have been a customer since 2004, and they have always taken good care of my business needs. I called today to get a new cargo van lettered, expecting to have to wait. They got me right in, made adjustments to an old design and had the new van lettered in less than 3 hours. We highly recommend them!

We are a sign company based out of Jacksonville and had a job in Rockledge and we were missing some vinyl lettering for the job. After calling multiple sign companies this one actually answered unlike the rest. Kevin was super helpful and very quick. They rushed this job for us and made everything so easy. The price was great as well! If you need lettering I recommend going to this company!
