Hidden rules they use to void 0% for a year. They take advantage of the fact that no one reads every detail and assumes it works like normal payment loans. Be careful and do business with someone more reputable. SCAM artists.

I don't trust this bank with my money at all!!! I tried to transfer money from this account to another. After 5 days never happened. Had to drive an hour to personally withdraw MY MONEY!

I wish I could give them a negative review. I am Soldier and deployed multiple times. They charged me 5 dollars a month for a "wrong address" went into correct it and the option was enabled. Then once that was fixed they began to charge me 5 dollars a month for "inactivity" insane! Then I went to transfer MY MONEY into Navy Federal and they declined my transfers?????? I am trying to close my bank account and can only do so if the money has been transferred. This is ROBBERY! GIVE ME MY MONEY. It's mine. I worked for it.

Don't give them your money they won't give it back! I've had an account with launch for years with no issues I've stayed in good standing with no late or overdraft fees and now I need to pull some of my money out to pay my rent bill they won't allow me to pull out the amount I need even though it's my money and I'm the one who deposited it in one of their accounts I'm going to be late on my rent payment because they're holding my money from me. Terrible business hours and terrible service I will be closing all accounts and switching banks whenever one of their employees can be bothered to do their job -1/10 stars

I am posting for my mother. I received hostile response to wanting to discontinue the process of an auto loan. I received a call from a Brandon from Launch Credit Union asking for me to provide further documentation to continue the loan process. After calling his extension (which he provided), I informed him that I do not plan to continue the process, he paused and said "but, what is going?" - with an attitude. Rather than being concerned, he sounded displeased and with an attitude. Instead of taking no for an answer, Brandon was rude and would not take no for an answer. I've been a longtime member of Launch Credit Union and I am displeased with the lack of customer service and concern from its employees. I hope things change for the better. Thank you.

Worst Bank I have ever dealt with. Because of them I have had my credit hit because of their terrible security. They locked my account for almost a week and I could not pay my bills. What happened was they had a ACH agreement with Spectrum who kept making unauthorized withdraws from my account. they said the only way they could fix it was to give me a new ACH# well it took longer than expected so by the time I got my access back I was 2 days late on a KOHLS payment, whom which sent a letter to the credit bureau and sent my 791 credit score to a whooping 720. and that is just the beginning. their online web application terrible. I has given me lagged account info on transfers, bill payments etc.. If you are a dummy bank with them... the straw that broke the camels back was I needed to apply for a credit card so I log in a wow they had an online form so I'm like cool let's do this.. NOT!!! 5 times I went through their form and every time they gave me a we are sorry we are having technical Issues. They also have the dimmest marketing department I have ever experienced. For months they keep calling me almost daily trying to convince me to change my truck loan to them. I'm like people!!! I have a ZERO PERCENT interest rate (0%) what you are going to do give me a (-1%) RATE??? idiots. Today I finally had enough and went to Space Coast Federal Credit Union.. OMG it was so Easy I mean they were polite, accurate and quick. Their mobile app worked seamlessly. Now I reached out to Launch with everything with a pretty scathing email the response form email. so the only thing launch can do it launch stupidity!!! the form letter I attached to the email. go ahead do business with these incompetent bankers, when they crash your credit or put you in a financial bind you will think Damn I wish I would have listened to John!

I'm writing this review because in regards to the Love of my life that got fired on Friday April 12th from the Launch Federal C.U. after almost 13 years of faithful work. I am deeply sadden that this happen and she didn't deserve this treatment. I have been a member at the credit union for almost 40 years and have finance over 20 vehicles with you all. In the near future I will be terminating my account and moving to the community credit union. The launch credit union went to a new system and a lot of members are complaining about how it does not work good at all and how its affecting their banking life. Its not fair what you did to the love of my life. All the members that came in for her service love her so much and would wait in line for her to serve them. She was the light of the Rockledge branch with her smile and dressed to kill every day. everyone love her so much. You all made a very bad decision to let her go.

Having been a loyal customer of this bank when it was Kennedy space Center credit union And for the past 16 years, I now have to move to another bank. I can no longer afford their mistakes, poor customer relations and being locked out of my account routinely on Friday after they are closed. When I call on Monday, they say everything is fine but that does me no good to check my accounts over the weekend. Stay away from this credit union ... it is horrible!

Absolutely the worst costumer service. Closed my account after being on hold for 45 minutes to ask a simple question. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!
