I had an outstanding experience at the FedEx located inside the Fountain View Hotel, thanks to Deshawn! He was absolutely incredible—professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Deshawn understood our needs right away and ensured every detail was handled perfectly. Not only did he meet our expectations, but he exceeded them with patience, efficiency, and top-tier customer service.
If you need to ship something and want it done right the first time, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Deshawn—he’s a total pro and a pleasure to work with!

Inside the Fontainebleau hotel, very hard to find. Finally found it, was the only person in the store and person at front desk would not greet me for 10 minutes. Once I was acknowledged, clerk was rude, barely spoke English, and said she couldn’t help me. Please go to another FedEx location even if it is a further drive.

I came in panicked and stressed to get some last minute materials printed for a work conference and Kailen was awesome. He was calm and worked with me to get 5 separate files printed as needed. Thank you so much for your help Kailen!

On the information network it says that they close at 8 pm and I arrived at 7:20 and there was no one.

a terrible experience, I have a Fedex account to make shipments with my small business, I went to that branch because it was the closest to me, I explained to the person who attended that it was the first time I was using my account, if he could help me and "his help” was to charge me for the supplies (they are free if you have the account) and an extra 10 dollars for delivery at the hotel. I understand that the hotel charged these fees but if someone is asking for help because I don't know and it is the first time I am using the service they should explain these charges before charging them so that I can decide if I want to send it or not. I ended up paying $35 shipping for a product I normally pay for 8. a shame

It doesn't matter if you are inside a luxury hotel or in white house YOU JUST DON'T CHARGE $ FOR RECEIVING PREPAID FEDEX SHIPPING LABEL PACKAGE shame on this business model

Excellent customer service & super friendly associate, she was VERY helpful and kind. It was a bit challenging to find this spot but def a great find to help us get our copies done in spot where copy stores are limited.

La persona que me atendió para elaborar mis tarjetas de presentación fue muy amable. De hecho, la mayoría de personas con quienes he tratado ahí son agradables. Incluso el valet, que te da un lugar para estacionar por unos minutos. No sé por qué tienen tan malos reviews... ¿o será que he tenido suerte? En fin, mi experiencia haciendo trabajos de imprenta rápida ahí, no ha sido mala.

Received a receipt saying my poster would be printed by 7 am. Called and they said it was at another store and wouldn’t be ready until 2 pm. Called the other store and they hadn’t even started printing it yet. People at the store were fine but the FedEx website quoted wrong prices and wrong times leading to this snafu, but I can’t review the website.
