The pan pizza evokes memories of a time long gone when the hut was the pinnacle of American pizza. I am not sure why they are trying to branch into other types of pizza when the core product is so good. Accidentally had the 'hand tossed' cheese pizza which frankly was not very good. The single pan pizza on the other hand seemed straight out of a fond childhood memory. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are ordering pan pizza!Note to any tourists without a US phone number (you need to enter one to order), they may try to call you to verify the number and given the website doesn't allow you to enter an international number you shouldn't order this way or end up like me waiting over 2hrs for a pizza that never comes (had to go to the store where they told me it was cancelled - on the tracker it still said in preparation...and I don't think I got refunded either).

My Hubby and I ordered before leaving the beach. 10 minutes later, we were already picking it up. The ingredients were Fresh and the Pizza Cooked Beautifully!!! Will Definitely come Back!!!

Instantly ready, pizza was hot and nicely baked when I got home. Great customer service too, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Pizza hut is far different now verses when I was a kid. The pizza is only ok. Back in the day pizza hut was a special trip. Now they are just ok. Service is sometimes ok most times subpar

Tried to rate with 0 stars but not possible. Ordered a simple cheese pizza, after 2 hours and no delivery I tried to call them.Answer: for new customers they have to verify the phone number, couldn't reach me because international, no information by mail! Typical Miami service.Great job guys!

Answer the phone. I tried to cancel my order because it was 155 minutes to deliver and could not reach anyone. Called at least 10 times. Had to spend time with credit card company. I will never use Pizza Hut again. It was a nightmare during my vacation.

Pizza never came at all. We call the call Center 6 time and they couldnt give a solution.Always tranfering to a manager than Will not answer. I want My money back. I ve been stolen cause they charge me the pizzas anyway

Order process using the website was fast and easy. The order was delivered before the estimated time and the pizzas came really hot and delicious!! The delivery guy was really nice. Every time I confirm to myself Pizza Hut is one of my favorites. Well done guys!!! My order was perfect!! 5 stars to this Pizza Hut

I ordered 2 pizzas and 24 wings on Labor Day and was told it would be a two hour wait. I waited two hours and here we are 3 and a half hours later and nobody came. Here I am trying to call and check on my order and I keep getting left on hold. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and still was left on hold for 15minutes. I would never recommend this restaurant. It’s their loss because I’m here from out of town and we were going to tip the driver $50.

I picked up my pizza (a dinner box w/ cheeses sticks in place of bread sticks) and it was not what I expected. The cinnamon sticks were left out of the box and the cheese sticks were so burned & hard that I can’t believe they still put them in the box. Very disappointing. Half put together box for full price. Check pizza before leaving restaurant.
