The worst experience ever this bank is completely empty. It looks like it is abandoned. Everyone who comes in they don’t have a solution. Everybody walks out without completing their service. Sorry cant help you. Have a great day. Wow worst. After two visits I got mines completed but as I’m sitting there, I can’t believe that everybody’s getting turned away. Sorry I can’t help you with this. Sorry no we can’t do it. No solution bank stupid

The tellers at this location are kind and pleasure to work with. I went to them with a few complicated tasks that tellers rarely deal with and they helped me and were delightful the entire time, despite it being a a long process due to the nature of the request. this is my favorite Wells Fargo location in Miami. I am happy to give the all the tellers that helped me the recognition they deserve for their excellent customer service today. Thank you.

This branch is a major inconvenience all together.The drive through is out of order and will not be repaired or renovated.There is only one ATM and it's outside of the building, no ATM inside.Also there was also only one teller at the counter so the wait time can be pretty bad, just ridiculous.The only good point is that the parking lot is big and accessible.Whatever...

It is impossible to make a simple deposit within a reasonable amount of time here. 20 minutes to help one customer and the rest of the tellers do nothing to assist.

This bank is incredible to make a simple deposit, it takes between 20 and half an hour with a single teller, the bank's policy is disastrous, of course it takes time because they only have one teller, and it's not the first time it's happened to me, it's the 3rd time, I do not recommend this bank to anyone

Man, after many years with Wells Fargo, it has continued to deteriorate in many ways That I have commented on before . At this branch, the managers I have met are not qualified in many basics services and come across as arrogant and poor listeners.

This is the worst experience with Wells Fargo to date! How do you have a banker on staff not well trained enough to open a bank account at the bank branch? I’m perplexed!! I followed all the instructions and made the appointment and did exactly as requested. Why is it now a month later they are threatening to close my minor sons account and have a hold on it because They need me to come back into the branch personally to prove the relationship to the minor they allowed me to open the account for ONSITE. Like, why wouldn’t we do that while the customers are already at the branch TOGETHER. I am appalled by the lack of training and loose procedures that would allow an account to be opened in the first place without the proper information. Then you mail a bank card for him and setup online banking systems as well but now you don’t have what you need for the account to remain open and I have to fly back into the country to help you fix your error. Never mind how much money our family has in this institution collectively!! If I’m you find another bank. I spent over an hour on the phone with three people who had no resolution. Burkin the “banker” should be demoted and put back into a training program or fired. You are inconveniencing me and my child and we are stuck. As soon as I can take the time to open new accounts for all our businesses with Chase or Capital One I will. But since I’m quarantined I’ll have to wait and watch them close my sons account that I opened to get money as needed to my child while away. I’m disappointed and disgusted that I have given you my business for this long. If I could have put no stars on this review I would have.

Juan C. was rude, grouchy and unpleasant to me during my visit to this branch.As an established customer, I was attempting to open another business account and Juan was very rude. No greetings, pleasantries or any indication of customer service. He begrudgingly serviced me, and made it as difficult as possible. Also a very slow typer, and made the process take longer than it should have. Very rude. I can’t elaborate HOW RUDE this little man was.Caroline Pinto, the branch manager was very kind after it escalated. But she was very busy. I ended up in the branch for 55 minutes for something that should have taken 20.
