Well, package and quick delivery that will not damage your stuff, good customer service reasonable prices with the shipping costs but I would have liked that if you purchase an item over $35 they suppose to offer free shipping I guess, that is why I'm giving them 4*under than that they are good ?

The blackspot remover face cream is super great, highly recommended, clear and clean up my face in less than a week, the only problem I have is the container is too small, need a bigger container and all would be perfect...but it did the job well
