I would not by from this dealership, they force you to buy extras like etch, paint protection and lojack. By the time they add their dealer fees and products they expect you to spend about $3,000 this is before taxes. How they stay in business I have no idea. I have reported them to the Attorney General and plan to follow up with my attorney. The price they post online should be the price period. If I could give -5 stars I would. I just want to buy a car for the price advertised and I understand a few dealers fee's but forcing people to buy products like lojack GPS, paint protection, and anti-theft Etch is crazy. Like what car already doesn't have GPS.

I’ve been coming to Miami Lakes Auto Mall for years and have had multiple vehicles serviced here, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. I called twice to confirm the price for a four-wheel mount and balance, and both times I was quoted the same amount. However, when I arrived, I was given a completely different price.
I spoke with Chris, the manager, and explained that I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but he was neither helpful nor apologetic about the situation. There was no effort made to honor the quoted price or acknowledge the misunderstanding.
It’s frustrating to feel that long-time customers aren’t valued or treated with the level of service and honesty that used to make this place my go-to. I truly hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because experiences like this make me reconsider returning in the future.

Safety concern dismissed, no follow-up from management
On October 18, 2025, I brought my 2021 Chevy Silverado RST to [Dealership Name, City] for a routine oil change. On the way there my check-engine light came on. My OBD2 scan showed issues related to the brake system control module and brake booster performance. I explained to my service advisor, Francisco Salazar, that I had my 1½-year-old with me and I’m a firefighter scheduled for 24-hour shifts, so I did not feel safe driving a truck with a potential brake issue. I requested a loaner, but was told their policy only allows loaners 24 hours after diagnostics—which they wouldn’t perform until Wednesday.
I made it clear that sending me back on the road with a possible brake failure was unsafe. Unfortunately, the response was to repeat policy rather than prioritize a clearly safety-critical situation.
Update (November 4, 2025): Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not heard back from the manager or the service director. No call, no email—no acknowledgement.
I’m asking management to contact me to (1) complete a prompt, safety-focused diagnostic, (2) provide a safe transportation option when brake issues are suspected, and (3) make this right. I will gladly update this review if the dealership addresses these concerns and improves its process for handling safety-critical cases.
