Great place to stay in downtown Miami. Clean and close to shopping, eating, and the park.

For one they never answer the phone when the front desk is just talking to each other and want to route the call to reservations and not take the call, I was charged additional $70 by leaving at 12:20 and still haven’t gotten my deposit back, the rooms is sooo small the pictures is deceiving with no balcony your better off at somewhere else

The hotel's cleanliness is terrible, the rooms smell bad, the hotel stairs smell like marijuana and it looks like a garbage dump, it's disgusting. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible, there was hair and no hair on the bathroom cabinet, it was full of dust, the tub had stains and was dirty. The floor in the room was very dirty and also had stains.

We chose this hotel because of the location which is fantastic. We were in Miami 1 day and it was a base for us to sleep for 2 nights. We arrived late just gone midnight and the check-in was efficient. Like other reviews this hotel is basic, the rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny but it did the job for what we wanted it for. It was clean, beds pretty comfortable, had a safe, hairdryer & iron so all the basics are there. The rooms do need a bit of a spruce up/attention to detail chipped paint in places, bed headboard was flaking off etc. The staff were helpful and friendly so overall the stay was fine for us. If you’re looking for plush & luxury this isn’t the one for you but for location & if you need somewhere stay to explore the city and just need it for somewhere to sleep then I would recommend it.Nearby activities: Near to Miami Heat Stadium, Bayside front (tour bus)Walkability: Walkable to nice little cafes, restaurants & supermarket just around the corner.

Scammy hotel. Beware. The room description and amenities are totally different upon check in. The pictures of the rooms are not correct. When asked about the discrepancies the management was rude and aggressive telling me if I didn’t like it I could stay somewhere else. $2700 for the Penthouse Suite to have a few business meetings while I was in town.Even though this room has a wet bar, a full kitchen table and sofa as well as being advertised to entertain 6-8 people, no guests were allowed up to the room for the meetings I had planned for weeks due to a large music event happening at Bayfront Park. I rented the top hospitality suite and was not able to use the suite to entertain my business associates which completely complicated the logistics of the entire stay and rendered the space useless. It’s clear that this hotel was trying to squeeze just as much money as they can out of the concertgoers staying there.*****EDIT***** in response to the hotels below comments I actually called and spoke with the front desk on 3/9/2024 nearly two weeks prior to my arrival. I verified the dates of booking and was assured the room had the amenities I needed to entertain my guests.

I will not stay here again. The owner of this hotel guaranteed doesn't tell family and friends they own it because they would be too ashamed.A 16 floor hotel with 2 elevators roughly 90sq ft a piece. You will find yourself waiting many many minutes for an evaluator.Thinking you will take the stairs to avoid the elevator? Think again, once u enter the stair well, you can't leave it until you get to the bottom floor, you can't exit onto your floor from it.The shower has no door, shower water doesn't get hotter than luke warm, no towell hooks oe shelf in the bathroom. They give you a slip of paper telling you what floors have ice machines, etc. However once you get to a floor with one. There is 0 signage saying there is an ice machine on that floor or where to find it.I tried the stairwell, absolutely littered with cigarettes, as well as found and got a picture of a cockroach.Nearby activities: Is next to margarittaville, hard rock Cafe, and all the other mall shops and food. Plus a CVS and Ross across the street. Very close to Miami Port for a cruise as well.

We purchased the upgrade offered via email after making our reservation. Upon arrival we were not given the upgrade yet when the final bill was received there was an up charge for two nights. When calling to correct bill they will not transfer you to the accounting department, They state someone will call you within 48 hours. This does not happen and when you call back they give you the same story someone will call you back in 48 hours. I am still trying to reach somebody in accounting to refund the two upgrades they did not provide.

Stayed here for Ultra with 3 other people. We were worried going into it because there were a lot of negative reviews but we ended up loving our stay!We stayed in the Classy Double room and ended up being enough space for all 4 of us. A lot of people were complaining about elevators, but we were on the 15th floor and really didn't experience any issues. There are only two small elevators, so after the festival there can be some longer wait times, but that's very understandable.Your experience at this hotel depends on why you are coming to Miami. If you plan on spending most of your time in the hotel, you probably will be disappointed. While their bar is great to grab a drink, this hotel is a connivence hotel for people who are looking to be active and explore the city.If you are doing Miami Music Week only, do not stay here. It can be very difficult to get an Uber out of this area with the crowds, and the roads being closed. For Ultra Music Festival this hotel was just what we were looking for. We felt very safe the entire time. Plenty of security all throughout the night. The staff here truly separates themselves from others. They were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help!

Had a package delivered here, and the hotel lost it. The way the staff handled it makes it much worse. On one hand, an employee took 15 minutes to look everywhere for it, but he couldn’t find it. My problem is in the fact of how awful the front desk handled it. They basically told me it’s not their fault and to go away.USPS confirmed it was delivered and yet the hotel basically said it’s not their fault and that these things happen. $400 package gone. They even charge you money to hold packages for you. They lost my package, and they did NOTHING for me.Over all the most of the men at the front desk are unkind. The rooms are fairly nice but overall I would not reccomend.PS Their free cocktail voucher is a scam. It says it’s good for a premium cocktail but you can only get a mixed well drink. The lobby is also a chaotic disaster.

We stayed here for ultra music festival and I was really nervous beforehand reading the reviews. I am so glad to see a lot of them were wrong, the staff and security were so friendly. The room classy double was big and it was clean. It was in such a great location and the staff were accommodating to our every needs. The elevators really aren’t that bad. Just go into your stay knowing that they are small and service 15 floors and can take a bit (not longer than 10 min).
