Excellent Support from Nathan!
I had a serious issue with my business account due to a fraud attack, and Nathan went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Its impossible to speak to someone from that branch , I always get redirected to customer service , the employees of that bank never answer the phones

It was my first visit to this branch, even though the system was down, I was attended to by Farad Ali, exceptional attention, dedication and professionalism, it is beautiful to find people like her who give such excellent attention, I would give her not 5, but 10 stars .

A problem that has been reported and no action has been taken. This individual sits in front of the ATM machines (Country Walk Chase) for hours-on-end, come on Chase, for countless security and privacy reasons, this is unacceptable.

How is it possible that I have my mortgage with chase and I'm going to change a check for cash and then after they have me at the checkout for more than ten minutes, they check everything and so on, they tell me no, to change a check the mortgage It doesn't work, I have to have an account or credit card. I tell a woman who attends the entrance that I will then open the account so that they can please cash my check and she tells me that they do not open accounts to cash checks... I answer that I want to open it to have the opportunity to get to know that bank and to begin posting this customer's checks later. He tells me that he is going to see if someone can help me because I don't have an appointment. Conclusion: They did not change my check since I am a client of theirs with the mortgage, nor did they open the account for me or anything. I felt so bad!!! And today is Friday, if I deposit the check in my bank account with another bank it will clear on Monday. I needed that money to pay expenses that are paid with that income. Now I have to use my money to not look bad.

My third time coming out of this Chase bank completely fed up with the business department. They have no care for your time and have no idea what they are doing, so when they mess up, “the system had an error”. Lack of knowledge and lack of everything. “Why do you have so many titles on your sunbiz?” Ridiculous.

This place is a mess. I sent someone to do an account and they can’t help. Why? Just imagine the big list of excuse. But, guess what guys, Bank of America got the new client. That’s why I love this country. Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the person who attends my friend, but i will get it soon. ????

There where 3 people behind the counter and the banker without a client, I asked the banker if she could open a business account for me and she told me no, to come back in two days, I went to Bank of America and within an hour they were serving me .Customer service in this Chase is very bad.
