  • "Most of the reviews at this Chili's location was so negative & was scared to visit. Chili's is one of my fav restaurants to eat at & unfortunately there where no others that I new of in the area. I took my chances I thankfully my visit was absolutely great my food was on time & hot my family & I were treated great the food was great. Hum our waiter was absolutely great. I hope your experience there will be as great as mine was. Oh & FYI my visit was on a Tue. I don't know if the bad service thing is on the weekends. I was told it gets pretty crowded on the weekends & there are usually long waits."
  • "I went during happy hour the other day with my roommate. It was easy to get a seat at the bar and my man Emanuel was good with the service. I would definitely recommend this place for someone looking for cheap, good food."
  • "The staff was amazing! We were in a hurry and get accommodated our party of five and got our food out to us very quickly. Thanks Bayside Chili's!"
  • "The wors attention in chili's. The waitress collect the tip and not wait if I want to give to her the tip or not. Don't let that thing happen to you."
  • "We love this Chilli's. Our favorite place to dine is outside, table right next to the fence to we can enjoy in all that wonderful view."

  • "While my friend and I had a 3 hours difference between our flight and our bus, we decided to eat at the bar a hour and a half before our bus departs. I set my watch for a hour because I knew boarding was 30 minutes before departure at 6pm. While sitting at the bar, my friend and I watched the only bartender stock the bar with cases of bar and walk around aimsly before acknowledging we were there. By the time he finally took our order and receive our order, it was 10 minutes before my alarm was set to go off at 6pm and our bus leaves at 6:30pm. Prior to ordering my food, I asked if this locate takes chili's gift cards and the bartender said yes. With that being said, I used my points on my Discover card to buy a 20 dollar gift card. When I gave the bartender my phone with the gift card, he said no we don't take those with no explanation. I told him I bought it from my credit card company but it made no difference. I asked to speak with a manager and It took her so long to come out he had to page her again. By now, I gave up on the g.card and just wanted to pay. The manager said that they only take physical cards and cards with chips which is bizarre to me since the Chillis BRAND sells the e-certificates on the website. By then, I was more concerned about the time wasted eating at the bar instead of being seated at a table that I paid and ran to my bus to find out it left a few minutes early. Since it was the last bus going out there, had to pay 90 dollars for a Uber to catch up with the bus. Ending up being a very expensive chili's meal. Would have been services faster if I had a attentive waiter."
  • "I love coming here especially with a group of friends. They have a new sauce which is called fiery pepper and it is amazing."
  • "Seems understaffed, but when the server isn't in the back doing something else, she's very pleasant. Cooks deliver the food, so no wait on that. For an airport, prices are reasonable."
  • "I had the most wonderful time here. I was waiting for a flight to Amsterdam so we decided to eat here. The drinks were great ASK FOR CARMEN she is wonderful very helpful will come again. Chillis is lucky to have a employee like Carmen"
  • "Because we were in a rush for our flight I had no chance to complain at the place itself. We had the most horrible spinach/cheese dish that was supposed to be hot AND with spinach.. no spinach on sight. The classic nachos were NOT supposed to have meat (my daughter is vegetarian), so my other daughter had to eat it.. the cilantro rice that came with the salmon was hard and the salmon itself tasteless and dry... all in all terrible. Will never set foot in there again. I only liked the waitress, I left her a tip because she was sympathetic. I did mention the terrible cheese/spinach dish to her and she managed to have it removed from the bill"

  • "Girlfriend and I went over here to grab a quick bite. It was our first time there so we didn't know there were two sides (dining and bar) so we're standing at an empty waiting area for a good 10 minutes before a ride bartender says, there isn't anyone there, loud and in front of every body. Then we go to talk to her for some quick questions on where we were supposed to eat, but before I could get a word out she's snapping at us. "What do want?" "Huh?" Anyway, she pointed us to the right direction and we met a more pleasant crowd. Other than that fiasco, the food service was quick and the appetizers were delicious."
  • "IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE I WOULD BECAUSE EVEN A ZERO IS TO MUCH. I WENT TODAY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH MY BABY (MINIATURE YORKIE) MY MOM, SISTER AND NEPHEW. WE HAVE BEEN HERE MANY TIMES BUT LATELY ITS BEEN BAD. LAST TIME THE SILVERWARE WAS DIRTY WITH DRY FOOD ON 3 OF THE FORKS. AND SERVICE TOOK FOREVER BUT I LET PASS SINCE WERE OUTSIDE I TRY TO BE MORE PATIENT. TODAY AFTER WAITING FOR 10 MINUTES MY SISTER WENT INSIDE TO LET THEM KNOW WILL BE OUTSIDE. THE MANAGER SAYS WE DO NOT SERVE OUTSIDE ON A WEDNESDAY ( A LIE SINCE I HAVE BEEN TENDED TO OUTSIDE MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY WITH NO PROBLEM BEFORE) THE MANAGER FINALLY SAID HE WILL SEND A WAITRESS TO US HE HAD SOMEONE BRINGS US THE MENU. I WAS EXPECTING TO WAIT A LITTLE MORE THAN USUAL SINCE THEY WERE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH US BEING OUTSIDE TODAY. 45 MINUTES LATER NO ONE HAS COME TO EVEN COME AND GET OUR DRINK ORDER. MY SISTER WENT TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER. HE SAID HE WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT IMMEDIATELY. HES DEFINITION OF IMMEDIATELY AND MINES MUST BE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BECAUSE 15 MINUTES LATER STILL NO SERVICE. I THREW IN THE TOWEL AND LEFT. NEVER COMING BACK THERE ARE PLENTY OF PLACES WITH OUT SIDE SITTING WHO ACTUALLY CARE TO ATTEND YOU."
  • "Delightfully surprised to discover they now have outdoor seating! It was a lovely evening so we sat outside and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and cool breezes. Our server, Dana, was friendly and attentive - she even made me a special juice drink, upon request. My husband enjoyed his baby back ribs and I was impressed with their new Margherita salad that comes with flatbread. Lately we've been disappointed by the food quality in local chain restaurants like this one, but Chili's did NOT disappoint. We will be back. (BTW, there's a unique ice cream shop just down the street - so save room for dessert.) "
  • "I've always enjoyed Chili's but I have found the service to be quite slow at this location. We sat outside and it seemed like the waitress kept forgetting we were out there--and I saw the same thing happen to some others outside as well. We had to go inside to ask for napkins and ketchup because they were not brought out with the food and we waited for a good 5-10 minutes before giving up on seeing our waitress come by. Overall not a bad place but I recommend sitting inside which is a shame when the weather is nice."
  • "It was awful...I was seated and waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then I waited 30 minutes for my food..whic was an appetizer trio as my meal. The food was overcooked , hard and cold. Not a happy experoence"

  • "Loved it. The food was great and tasty. The writers where nice and friendly. Plus I didn't have to wait that long to be seated and served "
  • "I normally tend to be understanding of semi-fast food places and don't expect 5 star service. However, after arriving for dinner at 6:00 pm on a Sunday, I waited for almost 15 minutes before a waitress approached our table. We placed our order and I assumed she remembered it (only two entrees that included a kids meal). She came back and had to ask again what I ordered. Wrong drink, no refills and simply threw the drinks and mustard on the table. If the waitress is unhappy with her job, management should fire her. She represents the company and the type of customer service she provides is an example of the company. She has a job because of the patronage that customers provide."
  • "I love this place Everytime we go. It's a casual ambience and generally crowded. I like to hear people talking and the staff singing that weird happy birthday song. The food, delicious."
  • "The hostess was prompt. The waiter was attentive but the food okay. I loves Chili's! We had the 2 for $22. Our appetizer looked as if it had been warmed up & not freshly serve plus we weren't provided with mini plates. Then the main course... Well our plates where hot... Again the food was warmed up & not freshly prepared. It was good but I was hungry. I like freshly served food."
  • "Good place to get together. Has new items in the menu. Which is good.. Had good service."

  • "Great people and food is good. Great beers. Wish they had funky buddha on tap though."
  • "If there were a no-star option, I would not give any star to this Chili's at all. Food here is FOR SURE microwave heated, not fresh! Hope Chili's would look into the restaurant and improve its service and food quality! "
  • "This is a chilis at FIU, If i could give zero stars i would. Every single item we reveived was cold. I got the ribs with fries & it was cold. My boyfriend got a burger and cold as well! The mash potatoes had a weird smell & odd color. Also we wanted to sit in a booth & all were dirty. No one welcomed us, no one cleaning tables. I have never ever had a problem with any chilis before. We always go to the one on 88th & the one by dadeland mall & food is always yummy & hot. This chilis needs to go it is messing up the Franchise. HORRIBLE! Do not go!! NOPE!"
  • "Great place to chill, eat and hang. Food is typical Chillis."
  • "Never order their so-called, new smoked combo plate including 3 meats. All their meats are precooked DAYS before you eat here. They just reheated the meats in a microwave, and the worst part is the meats are still partially cold after being reheated. Horrible horrible experience! Never ever come here again! "
