Came to pick up my pills for the second time in a week when they told me not once but twice that my pills would be ready a few hours later since “it was out of stock and they were just restocking”. My cycle for the next week will be affected because of this error. Unacceptable.

Bad customer service in Pharmacy area, never have prescriptions ready. Very disappointing

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I was near the airport and bought two bottles of expensive supplements that was clearly marked buy one get 50% off. I entered my CVS number and questioned the cashier when it rung up as two full priced items. She spoke English to me when I greeted her, but when I questioned her about the two full priced items she shook her head and spoke quickly in Spanish to the point I couldn't understand her. I wanted to return the second item that I wouldn't have purchased because of this and she basically refused and made no effort to investigate or assist. I just grabbed the bag, took one for the team having been ripped off, and left. I had a flight to catch. If you are near the airport and need to get to CVS, I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Ladies at cash register did not speak a lick of English. Kept speaking to me in Spanish and I had no idea what the hell they were saying. Is English a second language in Miami? Weird…

Make sure you check your bags of medications prior leaving the store I wasn’t able to get my medication because they failed to provide everything prescribed by the doctor. The supervisor Natalia is the worst at Customer service she should not work there.

Zachely has the worst customer service in the entire town, she was more interested in completing an ask than assist us, even though the were more than 6 people in line she referred us back to it. She was on her and EarPods.

They almost killed me, they changed the indications for my medication and they did not notify me when delivering it, a medication that I have been taking for 5 years with the same indication. We definitely can't trust anyone.

Terrible service, she sends me a message that the order is already in the pharmacy and when I arrive they tell me that I have nothing, I am asthmatic and I urgently need the medicine and the very cheeky one tells me. That for Monday everyone. And the worst of all is that it depends on the insurance I have is the deal ???

Went in to buy some candy. Price was coming up wrong. Tried to explain and show correct price but not a single employee spoke English and didn't try to help me. Left the store with nothing.
I get the area is heavily Spanish speaking and that is fine, but for no employee at all to speak English...last I thought Florida is still part of the USA.
