I visited the CVS at 13675 SW 88th Street on Friday, July 25, 2025, around 1:00 PM to pick up a quick online order. What should have been a simple, 2-minute task turned into over 20 minutes of waiting, which was extremely frustrating.
There was only one employee at the register—a supervisor—who was assisting an elderly couple with OTC and coupon transactions. While I appreciate her patience with them, no one else stepped in to help, even though several other employees walked past the register and clearly saw me waiting in line with no items in my hands. Not one of them stopped to ask if I needed assistance.
The couple in front of me kept stepping out of line to grab additional items as more coupons printed after each transaction, and the supervisor continued to wait for them without acknowledging me at all. I stood there the entire time, completely overlooked.
To make things worse, the store is overcrowded with merchandise, making it difficult to stand in line or move around comfortably. The lack of customer flow, awareness, and layout management made this a poor experience overall.
I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and support for quick pickup customers in the future.

The employee named “Persi” should not working at a CVS he was very rude and threatening to me and I just left because of how scared I was. Do not go there specially at night time. 137th ave and 88 street. 😪

It's funny how you're quick to respond to my ZERO rating, but telling me I can't access the website to cancel my subscription from my location. SCAM service. I will NEVER shop at CVS ever again.
