AVOID THIS “HOTEL” AT ALL COSTShould be condemned, most filthy rooms I have ever seen. No hot water, no AC, but yes disgusting dead bugs everywhere. The door had a 3” gap under it and no knob, just a lock like a shed or closet. There were doors open to other rooms from the hall, their regular clientele seems shady at best.I had to get out of there as the bugs were too much, got nothing but attitude from the front desk and still charged for the entire stay even though I was there for maybe 20 minutes. All of the booking sites seem to be filled with fake reviews, biggest regret was not checking here first. I hope you don’t make the same mistake.Rooms: Had to wipe down every surface before I could set my bag down, the health department should get involved.

This hotel is actually called the hotel lemington. When I was a kid, we used to get a room here and party for days in Miami. Can't beat the location. Rooms are super tiny and pretty gross but you can't beat the price.

Don’t book over here!!!! This is the Leamington Hotel but it’s CLOSED! We arrived here at 10 pm and this was our welcome. We were not informed by the hotel. So after 15 hrs of traveling we still had to find a new hotel

I liked how the staff accommodated us. The ambiance was very pleasant and relaxing. I had a great time staying in this prestigious hotel. I will highly recommend it to all.

This hotel is nasty. This must be the worst hotel in the entire country. The staff was rude. The room was very small and smelly. Bathroom floor was sticky. There were roaches in the room. The room smelled so bad that we couldn't stay there longer than 30 mins. We spent extra money to book a room in a motel nearby to spend the night. This hotel was the only big disappointment in our pleasant Miami trip.

I’m sorry I don’t have pictures. My experience there was poor.. they are in remodeling process, maybe that’s why. Well first I want to say the good things: beds were clean and good condition, toilet and sink are new, also new elevator. We stayed in forth floor the WiFi was not working, the air conditioning is installed in a window and the key is a real key so get an idea how the door looks, not door with electronic card. Walking on the hall everything looks old, the closet, doors, bathroom walls are old. We couldn’t spend night there and we switch hotel.I think you should let some moths pass by and then they can finish full remodeling in order to make a pleasant stay for you.

This hotel is a disaster. They cancelled my booking days before the stay and did not even include a reason. After checking the website they are still offering the same rooms, so I concluded that it was a matter of increasing prices for the week. This should probably be illegal. I have also read online and in other reviews that allegedly they have not refunded customers for cancelled trips during the start of the COVID pandemic and that the managers of the hotel were involved in lawsuits.

The place is a dump. Not a five star hotel. The photos you see on line looked nothing like the room I stayed in. I felt like I was staying in a place in a thired world country on the run from the law and trying to stay off the grid. No phone in your room, window ac unit, a kids desk in the room, bathroom is super small only one person can fit at a time. You will be taking back in time to 1960. Nothing has been upgraded. I severed in the military and slept in better conditions while in the filed and at war. What hotel still uses a room key?

Staff was friendly. Hotel is ok if you just need a place to crash but don't expect much. It's in a good location near the park but the building is old and a bit run down. It did look like they were having renovations done though. It's a place to crash but not a place you would want to take your girlfriend or wife for your anaversery unless you want a divorce. Also there was no hot water in the morning. I waited for 15min for shower to warm up and it never did.

They canceled my reservation I had on may 14 due to renovation. My thing is wouldn't you cancel not only more than two weeks, but also have a calendar block ahead of time to prepare. So disgusted that I have to find another hotel last minute.

I prefer to sleep with a homeless than staying other night in this hotel... Awful experience. The best part is the "intercontinental" breakfast. Just a sandwich slice. The floor was fallen apart and the bathroom... please don't stay here! This hotel should be destroyed.

Okay, if you're really really low on budget and you want to stay in an excellent location downtown, then this hotel could be a good choice. But just by entering the reception you would get an idea on what you could deal with. The hotel by itself is really old and unmaintained, has bad smells, the room I've stayed had stains on the walls, pieces of hair stuck on the wall from who knows. It was a subpar experience, if you can have some more money to go to another hotel, go for it. Don't waste your time there. Oh, the receptionist were helpful and understood our disappointment, so they are going to issue a refund.

Do not stay here old and filthy. I booked through Booking.com & photos didn't match the outside structure, lobby, or room. The shower leaked. The bathroom was so tiny i couldn't shut the door or my knees would be in the way. There were cockroaches in the room. I didn't even dare try the breakfast that was offered. The elevator was tiny and slow. The only thing good about this hotel is its location. I emailed booking.com- nothing was done.

You know how sometimes you read those reviews and they say "dont stay here blah blah" and you think "eh, its just one night and it's cheap, how bad could it be?" ....no. Not this place. Seriously. DO NOT STAY HERE We stayed because they had a free shuttle to the cruise port in the morning. I would have rather paid for an uber. They did not have our reservation when we checked in, I had to show confirmation. We had to ride in a janky elevator with a creepy dude who watched us go to our room. Okay, just lock the door, right? That would be great if THE DOORS DIDNT HAVE RINKY OLD LOOSE LOCKS. We literally pushed our table in front of the door at night for extra precaution. The room was disgusting, we showered with flip flops, and slept on top of the covers fully clothed. The shuttle in the morning was a large mini van, packed with strangers and hardly any A/C. I stay at 2 and 3 star motels all the time. I know what to expect. I was literally scared to sleep and strongly considered moving, but we were on a budget. Please do not stay here and get this place shut down.
