I ordered a bouquet for my Boss 2 days in advance and it was a total disaster, a bouquet type bouquet was ordered and they ended up delivering something with a base, which did not fit the occasion that was required. The flowers were not what I ordered, the lady on the phone did not tell me that even if I had paid before, I should reconfirm the type of flowers I wanted in the arrangement the morning before. Besides, they are not at the address that appears on Google. Anyway... it was a DISASTER.
