One star, mean owner. Yelled at us for mistakingly parking in a reserved space WHILE THE STORE WAS CLOSING, then got in their cars and drove away so naturally somone else came and parked in the reserve spot.

I came to Frank Joyeria to resize my engagement ring. Frank was very helpful with giving me multiple options to resize my ring. He also offered to fix my hidden halo that had diamonds missing. He resized my ring and added in diamonds within a week. After picking the ring up, I noticed that another diamond had fallen out (the hidden halo had been poorly made by my prior jeweler). Frank fixed it for me immediately. It's been several weeks now and my ring is in perfect condition. I'll definitely be coming back to Frank!

Arrived around noon on Wednesday to get some jewelry repaired and was told it’d be ready the following Monday due to business being closed for long Easter holiday. I told him I was from out of town and I was leaving Friday. He told me not to worry and he’d have it done by 4 on the same day. Went back to work and 2 hours later I get a call that my jewelry was ready!!
