Body shop showed a lack of organization, professionalism and honesty. Completion dates were changed multiple times and my car was in the shop from an initial time period of 3 to 4 days to over 45 days. Insurance rental period (31 days) Ended and yet no solution was provided by body shop or answers in regards to expedited Completion date.
I would have to constantly call for updates and was given attitude and short answers from staff named Monica. I would Not recommend this location for any collision repair work.

I had my car looked by these guys insurance was approved about a month now I finally got the check now they don’t want to work on it because i made the car drivable and put a new tire on so now I got to go somewhere else

Piss poor communication and took forever to get my car back. Brought it in for some exterior repairs (hood and door dents) and it took FIVE WEEKS to get it back, after telling me it’d be 2-3 weeks. After 3.5 wks I called daily for updates and was told “we’re expecting the part today” for a week straight, then I was told the part was on back order. Annoying but understandable.
So I finally pick up my car after paying thousands and a part of my door handle is missing & the A/C isn’t working (my A/C was fine when I brought it in).
I’m then told that one of their workers quit in the middle of the job so they lost the part and have to order it. They totally left that part out when they were telling me “the part is supposed to arrive today”.
Never ending headache and you can’t trust their word.

The shop did a wonderful clean job on the painting repair of my son's car... Jack the General Mgr., a great Dad who will tailor your repair for the situation. Alina also great on followup questions...

Very bat experience, they took the spare tire from my car, progressive insurance had to took seriously to get it back. My car has never been to a garage again. After a year I discovered that the bumper on my car is not the original Toyota one and that may not have been the accident. But i cannot confirm that . I have No proof. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED IT

Jack and his team treated me like I had been coming here for years. Job quality was top-notch and personal items left in the car remained untouched. Jack even gave suggestions on how to make the rest of the car look even better.

I'm editing my review, the reason I edited was because of the manager, Jack was the one that finally show humanity and costumer service here, he went the extra mille to help me, and change my impression of the local, the progressive representatives in the location are rude and unprofessional, that's the reason the review is not five stars.

Back in July, I had the pleasure of working with Jose, and I can't thank him enough for his amazing customer service. From the very beginning, he responded quickly and went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. He kept me updated throughout the process and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, I was honestly amazed — it looked brand new. Jose made the entire experience stress-free, and I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service and zero quality assurance. Sent here by Progressive Insurance. Had to complain twice after the initial repair because the after market parts that they purchased did not fit my vehicle correctly, as well as them not even noticing that my turning signal was not working. Took 2 months for the job to be finished to the point that it is now. I’m done going back and am accepting my car will just be permanently at 93% what it should be. Avoid this place if you can help it.
