I was a walk-in on a Monday afternoon and was attended to almost immediately by Yuri. Great customer service and totally understood the cut I needed and assured me she had done the cut before. Then in seat next to me sat a woman named Ileana and preceded to blow dry her hair and tell me I had to keep my mask on. I said I will as soon as she finished cutting around my ears...mind you I don't know who she was and she she didn't bother to say I work her either....I could have done without the Ileana experience. But Yuri and this supercits gets a thumbs up on great cut and great customer service .....Service: Haircut

Yolaida, Gilma and the rest of their stylist team at this Super Cuts salon in Flagler Plaza are some of the best I know in this industry. My children love getting their hair cut and blow dried by them. I find myself frequenting this salon at least every other week for a variety of services they provide and it’s always a wonderful and relaxing experience. i went yesterday 05/18 for a cut. i thought everything was fine until i got home and noticed it was uneven. the lady who cut my hair did not measure my hair to make sure its even. i have been to other hair salons and i've seen them do this ALL the time. i don't think this lady wanted to work. first and last time i will ever go to this place again. i rather keep going to my usual salon.

I want to do a haircut at 3:20pm they had the door locked and I see they had four people waiting to in the waiting area the person at the front desk don’t even look at me.

Called to ask if they had option to cut hair without a shampoo, as my hair was clean. Person who answered said that they did not offer that option. Have been going to Super Cuts for years and know that is an option. Super Cuts was once a good value, now it is priced like other salons and the sevice and talent vary.

This is one of the most professional places to get your hair cut. I will never use another hair stylist but Susana. She pays attention to every detail and make feel like a million bucks. I have been to other Supercuts and by far none is close to the service and friendliness in this place.

Very well maintained premises, with appropriate personal protective equipment, and sanitizing stations, which is critical in these days, My haircut was done by Susana, who was very attentive to detail and professional. She listened to my request on the styling, and she constantly provided feedback as the haircut progressed. Service was fast to start with no waiting time at all. Truly recommended.

Needed a last minute hair cut for my son who had an event in the evening and Suzanna at this location did the job. No wait time. Walked right in and we were attended right away. She did a great job cutting his hair and was very attentive. We will be back.

Terrible. I came to this super cuts because of its great reviews. Iliana was at the desk that day. I showed up 3 minutes late to my appointment. There was a gentleman that arrived before me she asked if he was the name under my appointment and he told her no. She immediately started walking him to the back to wash his hair and told me she’d be right with me. I found it kind of odd that she didn’t ask for my information but i figured he had an apt so I’d wait and maybe the other stylist was going to be the one who was going to do my sons hair. At that point i was confused didn’t understand why I wasn’t asked for my information and was told to sit and wait. I then asked if they took appointments and she said they did and showed me my appointment on the screen. I proceeded to tell her I made an appointment through my phone and she told me it didnt work that way? Not sure what that meant when it was right there on the computer? I brought it to her attention that i made the appointment through the Super Cuts website she had no comment. According to her i was 15 minutes late because at that point it had been 15 minutes since she had told me she’d be right with me. I thought salons had a 15 min grace period? I showed up 3 minutes late and lost my spot? That is completely unacceptable. When I asked if I could speak with the manager she turned her back on me told me she was the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and handled the situation terribly. Not once did she try to resolve the problem but just argued that i was wrong. Horrible HORRIBLE experience.
