Do not use this company to translate documents. They do not provide hard copies; therefore, you will not have an original signature on your translation which most institutions require. I just had 2 documents translated by then and they are not being accepted by the FLDMV as they are scanned/emailed copies. Not originals. I lost the money I paid them. Use another company that provides you with an original signed certification. Otherwise, you will lose your money.

It is my first time ever writing a bad review. But the service provided was awful. I asked to translate a birth certificate from Ukrainian into English. I have attached photo of original and already translated document (but it was without certification, which I needed)In 24 hours a text came for review with mistakes in every single name and surname. I corrected it and sent the right names and surnames as in passport. In 2 hours a new version came - with the same mistakes. I did the same - copy/paste the previous message and wrote again. It happened 4 times! Then in 2 hours I received with one mistake again, asked just to copy the name “Victoria” and to write it correctly. Finally in 2 hours more they sent me the correct version, which I confirmed and afterwards they printed out the final one with mistakes. It’s ridiculous.Translation was performed by: Nataliia Klimova. Very unprofessional woman.But to tell the truth the hotline works very well. And I had to call them all the time and the guys from sales and dealing and hotline were very friendly and ready to help me and were shocked as well because of the translator. Thank you Rafael for patience (I called him on hotline more than 7 times and he was very good trying to help me with this trouble) and actually the guys from hotline resent me the right document in the end. Not the translator…

If I could give Minus- 10 to this company, I would! Stay away!! It's a complete scam business and totally unprofessional. I was organizing charity services for Ukraine, and we had a live webinar. Universal did not provide the contacts for the interpreter on time, and the interpreter was 6 minutes late to the session, then walked off the job!! Universal took my money for 2 90 minute sessions and did not provide the service. I called several times this week, speaking to "Rafael" . With each call I got a different excuse: ""Manager is out of the office" "I'm so sorry. We need to check with the interpreter". I reported them to Pay Pal to flag it as a scam business, and will also report to the Better Business Bureau.

I needed an urgent certified translation for the same day before 4:00pm. They were the only willing to help me. Rafael is an excellent human being and employee! Since the first moment, he tried to help me. I called numerous times and he was always kind. At the end of the day, I received my translation. It was a great job! I will be using their services in a consistent basis!

Not sure why there are such disparate ratings for this company. I had 6-7 different translations across 5 different experiences over the last month and everything was just super great. They were fast and reliable. Notably, I had the opportunity to work with Cristina Gavril on several of my projects and she was just fantastic and a true asset to this company.

They do reply quickly and provide some translation. But the quality is not too high. For some reason, they correct old spelling mistakes and make new ones. They could not have the correct spelling in just 4 words, which I pointed out at the same time, so I had to check it again and again 5 times. They also don't provide reimbursement in case you don't accept the low-quality translation.

do not use this company. after sumbitting my order i requested a refund becasue i needed a certain format and the agent not only made me wait for over 6 minutes to reply he came back after i requested a refund and said it was already in process. if he would of canceled my order when i asked it wouldnt be in process but instead he sped up the process and sent me the draft so that it was impossible for me to cancel. i called over 10 times and the phone kept hanging up, i even emailed and they told me becasue the draft had been sent they couldnt cancel my order.I am now $50 short and they didnt provide me with what i needed. do not use this compay !!!! use montesino translation llc they reply fast its cheaper and get you what you need!!!
