The person at the counter used a package rate for my “DOCUMENT”. Therefore, the rate was unreasonably high. There was no clear explanation regarding the rate.

Very rude. This is the store closest to me and I go out of my way to go to another store. I asked the guy in the store to add tape to my box and he refused to do it in front of me even though the tape gun was right there and it would take a second. I asked him a second time and he said no. I couldn’t even get his name because none of them wear uniform or name tags. I used to work at a UPS store when I was younger and all these kids are rude and unprofessional.

I have never been so frustrated with a shipping store in my life, my experience with this particular store has been nothing but disappointment and frustration. My package that is over 50 pounds and is worth over $400, that I paid $160 for shipping for, has been sitting in that store for 3 days with no update only saying “a shipping label has been created but UPS has not received your package”. I tried calling many many times from multiple phone numbers to see what’s going on and it’s useless, they don’t answer the phone at all and I cannot fathom how you can run a store where so many people have complained about no one answering the phone and still do nothing about it. I had to call UPS customer support 8 times and most of the times I talked to someone they told me that my package was lost and I had to file a claim, HOW DO YOU LOSE A 50lb PACKAGE?? And finally I got someone to tell me what is going on. You guys are absolutely useless and I hope that your store shuts down and if anyone is seeing this you are better off going with FedEx or USPS or any other UPS store than have to deal with this dumpster fire
