Was amazing! I was able to drop off Priority packages in bulk but they have implemented a new rules where they do not accept more than 3 ready to ship packages labeled and good to go. They are sending everyone to the location on 27th as it is a bigger USPS.

No matter what time you visit this post office it’s always packed and they’ll have one to two ladies at the front. I think maybe another post office needs to be built in such a busy area or have more places that accept packages. To make things worse nine out of 10 times the staff is in a bad mood and have an attitude.

After reading all the Negative reviews concerning employees being rude, disrespectful. And the possibility of Miami USPS losing my package to be shipped - I have lost my trust to do my business here.

This place changed few years ago when new employees came here. They are lazy, have bad attitude and very unprofessional. Most of the time busy talking on the parsonal phone or each other then taking care of the customers.I believe people who coming here for a long time as I am feel the same way.Number of one star reviews explained how bad this place became.

all of the bad reviews on here come from the incompetent people of miami who dont know how to wait in line, you dont know how to send mail or package anything its 2023 you'd think older people would know how to send a damn letter since no less than 20 years ago phones didnt even exist and sending letters was more common, also if you dont know english thats your own problem the women working at this post office are nothing but respectful and do their jobs if you cant put a stamp on a letter that just shows youre ignorant and the comments on here are also straight up racist leave these women alone they do their job and i have had plenty of altercations with rude customers who completely cut the line too youre a grown person! wait in line like the rest of us! its not hard to send a package you just expect everything to be handed to you bc youre stupid go back to school maybe and learn how to send a letter maybe get off your phone too and learn english too instead of fighting with the women who work here many hours standing up all day

Worst post office I think I have ever been in. The front space is a disaster...full of junk, carts, etc. On top of this, USPS has gone down to only one counter person which is a joke with long lines and everyone upset at horrible customer service.

Before I say anything, is post office employees underpaid and overworked? If that's the case then I can try to understand the bad attitude, I saw them being rude to 2 people. Maybe I just got them in a bad day...

I have been using this Post Office for 20 years and I have had a box there for 15 years. The customer service reps were so helpful, hardworking, and nice. Sadly, they retired and the crew working there now is HORRIBLE. Every interaction with them negative, especially with one employee - she is a heavyset woman in her 30s, Black, no glasses. For example, today I asked her if she can give me the contents of my box because my wife has the box key. She dead-faced looked at me and said with an attitude, "NOPE! NEXT CUSTOMER!" She literally didn't want to get out of her seat. The attitude and lack of helpfulness was something I never saw here in years past. Now its common at this location. Such Lazy employees. With employees like this, there is little hope for the USPS. If you absolutely MUST use the USPS, go to the Coral Gables or 27th Avenue branch.

I have come to this post office for a long time now; however, I will mention the same woman in her 30s who is African American, chubby and whom you can’t miss in this place. She is always talking on the phone in front of her supervisor, so yeah, this place is a disaster. She is pretty rude and lacks professionalism, and she needs training in customer service. I have read old reviews, and it seems that she is at the core of all the bad things happening in this place.
