Absolutley horrible customer service ! purchased over $15k worth of furniture and seems that they only follow up when it's time to take the money and make a sale. I tried few times to reach the store to replace a $10k bed for different one and after several fail attempts I was able to reach the sales person and now they say they will not honor what was promised on exchange and when asked for a manager to call me seems like they just ignore. I will reach out to the main vendor of the bed and will file a complaint with the vendor together with BBB. Horrible practice horrible customer service and at this point breach of agreement.

Great experience from Mark the salesman. The store was really easy to see all the pieces and didn’t feel cluttered. Highly recommend them for any furniture needs.

I returned here in 2025, and was provider amazing customer service once again by another great employee!! Her name is SUSIE!!! Susie made me feel comfortable and was patient with my indecisiveness!!! She went out of her way to met me at the store on her day off and was just super nice and sweet the whole time!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
