Gym is outdated and only 3 of the 10 elliptical machines work. It’s been months that these cardio machines have been out of service and always a wait in the afternoon to try to get one!

I’ve been to many you fits around the south Miami and Kendall area. This is probably the worst in terms of organized weights. How is it 8 AM on a Saturday and there are no weights racked up?

I cancel the gym membership in person I was assured everything was taking for … then I start getting bills and late fee and service charge fees is al ll a scam, however I will teach them a lesson by taking them to court !!! All the reviews are a clear pattern of a scam !!! Yes they are dirty and nasty and they never clean them ever no one has a towel no one cleans the equipment !!! Gross see you in court !!!

Honestly I’ve always had a good experience with this gym as a guest that’s why i got a membership, but yesterday around 4pm a guy at the front desk was very rude when I asked for a small favor to put my scooter this one time because i forgot my lock, mind you I ALWAYS leave it outside because it’s just the way it is everywhere and thats fine, but he couldve either said “no i cant, it would get me in trouble” or “ok ill make an exception this one time but please blah blah”…I would’ve understood perfectly, but he had to have an awful attitude and tell me he can do the favor to me but hopefully this wont be a problem to him, that i shouldn’t be asking for that because those scooters have exploded in cuba, that is not their problem if i basically didnt bring my lock, that i should let him know when i find a gym that allows my scooter inside, that i dont have the 5 million dollars if the gym burns to the ground because of my scooter,BRO i asked for a favor he couldve said yes or no not necessary to be rude, i work customer service and with clients and i would NEVER speak to a client like that
Update:
Most of the time the gym is ok and no issue, but most recently is been a couple days that I’ve come tho the gym and they have and event where the music is extremely loud, no option to listen to your own music on headphones either because of HOW LOUD, consider maybe that some people enjoy their workout with their own music

Disappointing Experience with New Management at YouFit
I’ve been a regular at YouFit for several months, always sticking to the same routine and using the same equipment without any issues. However, my recent experience with the new manager at the location has left me feeling both confused and offended.
On my latest visit, I was told that I could no longer use the spot I had been working out in for months. While I understand that if there’s a trainer working with someone, I need to step aside, on this particular day, no one was training in the area. Yet, the manager approached me very rudely and unprofessionally, insisting I couldn’t work out there anymore. When I asked for clarification or her name, she refused to provide it, which only added to the frustration.
I have videos that clearly show the situation, and it’s evident I wasn’t in anyone’s way. Her behavior was completely unnecessary, and I felt disrespected by her tone and accusations.
Because of this incident, I decided to cancel my membership. It’s disappointing to see that a gym I’ve supported for months would treat its members so poorly. I hope YouFit takes steps to ensure its staff are better trained in customer service and professionalism.

There is young lady KARLA that works in the evening that has No MANNERS whatsoever . She is very rude and has no sense of courtesy. She is very desperate to leave at 11pm every night. In any job you do not leave exactly at the closing time. 15 mins before closing she’s already yelling and harassing people as they finished their work-outs. She needs work training immediately. As she delivery’s poor work ethic every evening and poor attitude which will lead to multiple gym membership cancellations.
If you do not like the position please find some else that fits for you.

The front desk are always very nice and friendly especially karla. The gym is always clean and one of the best gyms i’ve gone to.
