I came here today looking for a couple things. And I left amazed. I wished I lived here so I could make this my go to smoke shop. Rob was really knowledgeable and I felt treated like a family today. The gallery room was amazing. Will have to visit again before I leave.

This place needs to learn how to treat customers. It's okay to refuse service but don't yell and argue with customers. The most unprofessional owners I've ever seen. You can even see them argue with people here that give bad reviews. Ridiculous.

EASILY ONE OF THE BEST SMOKE SHOPS IN MIAMI! Went to visit while on vacation from Dallas, Texas and we received nothing but southern hospitality!! From crazy pipes, rolling papers, shoes & crazy art pieces and figurines! Nick was super helpful and didn't hesitate to show me whatever I wanted! I got to chance to buy a Elbo Plushie and haven't been any happier. By far a must stop if you are in Miami!

I really like this store, it always has the vapes and papers I want in stock and a good price,but I came in to buy a replacement herbal grinder and two employees immediately try to upsell me and I have to talk my way down. The sales are way too aggressive they should have just asked me what exactly am I looking for and my price range. I spent the amount I wanted to spend which was around 30.Trying to sell me a $70 grinder as soon as I say the word is not the way to go.

Ziggys Miami is hands down the best smoke shop in all of Miami. Starting with the overall size of the shop, to the experience you get when you walk inside. Every time I go the employees and super friendly and helpful. My last trip to ziggys was yesterday and I went to buy a new bong because I had broke mine, so when I got there I was in a pretty bad mood, but the employee working came and helped me out with an amazing attitude it completely changed my mood. He showed me all the options and different price ranges, potential upgrades for my bong, and he was just as excited as I was for me to get my new glass. It felt like I was in the smoke shop with a friend of mine vs an employe just trying to get me out the door. I 10000000% recommend anyone to go to ziggys smoke shop
