I only gave it one star because I couldn't make it zero. Pulling up to this place gave me some real Bates Motel kind of vibes. Still, I had already booked on Hotels.com and couldn't get my money back at this point. It was only one night, so I decided to take a look at the room anyway. Walking into the room, I was hit by an odor like an ashtray being held in a sweaty armpit. Everything was dirty; from the toilet (which had TP and bugs in it and was about to overflow) to the dingy and stained towels. I only stayed in there long enough to grab a couple of photos. This was an instant "Nope". I turned in my room key and went on to Ocala to stay in a more pleasant place.

From desk lady was super friendly and nice.. definitely cockroaches... Seems like there are locals who live there or something but it was noisy with the highway so close and people out in the parking lot drinking.

The room I was assigned had two beds which were both unmade. The TV was on, the toilet lid was up, and the toilet was dirty. I thought I walked into a room that was already occupied which scared me because the hotel is so extremely sketchy. When I told the couple that run the hotel what happened I was told, “yeah our housekeeping sucks.” They both were friendly and refunded my money without issue and I appreciated those things. I know it was not their fault and if that felt bad for them. The hotel itself is literally the worst I have ever seen and I’ve traveled all over the country. I guess I learned my lesson to not stay in the cheapest place in town. I didn’t stay there and I definitely would not recommend anyone else stay there.

This is an absolutely terrible motel. Just imagine the worst hotel ever. And that's only half of what it actually is. There is practically no light inside. All light comes from 2 table lamps and a TV. Above the sink there is no light at all. You will wash and shave in the dark. It's very dirty inside. I got the impression that the room was never cleaned. Dirty stains and sticky spots everywhere. All towels have holes. It's just disgusting to go into the bathroom. And at 1 am, the neighbors tried to open the inner door to me from another room. And then there they drank and yelled for half the night. There are also wires hanging from the walls. There is also a fire alarm on the ceiling. And yet ... Yes, there is so much more that it is simply impossible to list. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone! Not for any money. But the staff at the motel are nice.

Was severely disappointed on more than a dozen occasions, wouldn't expect much more for the price but the showers are just cold water. Would definitely come back if the hot water heater is turned on and not turned off at night.

Cheap rooms not a bad place to get some rest and move on rooms are 45 dollar so you you're expecting the a Hilton type room that's on you. Staff was friendly and nobody will mess with you

Our stay was horrible the manager was drunk u could smell it in his breath also very rude my husbands a truck driver we were just very tired but will never be going back the lady behind the desk was so rude when we got there I mean very unprofessional I’m gonna try to call the owner today to report the poor treatment we got and room was horrible carpets horrible I’d rather us save our money and stay in our truck

Not what it looks like the floor was stained. If all the hotel wasn't booked i would have turned around. Place looks like trick city. Rust in the tub and toilet. My boyfriend had to get bleach out of our car to clean the place ourselves. I will NEVER come back. The health expecter should come out pool water green. I hate it.

The good- AC worked, was affordably priced place to sleep, front desk lady was nice The bad - carpet was disgusting and should be replaced heavily stained and had pet poo on it, possibly blood stain near door, room smelled like cigarettes, not real sure the sheets had been cleaned, towels dirty, we did have shampoo soap and toilet paper, but most reviews are accurate in describing as out dated and dirty. Also, we plugged in the lamp and heard a pop and it started smoking. I recommend that the managers renovate/update the place and get more return on their investment with increased rates

This hotel was so horrific, it does not deserve a single star because it literally should be condemned. Sink, shower, toilet barely operational and filthy with black mold. Bed backbreaking. TV did not work. Noisy A/C. Worst hotel experience in my 60 years on this planet. Makes Hotel 6 look like the Ritz Carleton.

Floors were not super clean, a couple drops of urine left behind by a man under the toilet lid so no big deal at all to me. I pay particular attention to the floors because I am barefoot in a room. A little cleaning next to desser and next to nearly under bed would be nice. But aside from those LITTLE details the customer service was outstanding. It was quiet, my non smoking room smelled clean.A/C super cold! ???. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again! ?

This place is absolutely disgusting no wonder it’s so cheap and has a 2 star rating. The entire room was dirty. Bed sheets had blood stains, shoe prints, burn holes, just ridiculous. Both toilet and shower showed obvious signs of uncleanliness. TV was also on when I walked in. DONT STAY HERE!! It’s like someone had just had this room before I reserved it and no one had cleaned it. Save your money.

Thank you for giving my family a safe place to stay, although it might not be our normal choice, it was an air conditioned room with a soft place to lay our heads while our car was repaired. Forever grateful ?
