They did an absolutely awesome job fixing my front end after a fender-bender. They paint matched the bumper to perfectly match the custom color on my car. They got it done faster than expected and their customer service was spot on. Wendy in the front office was amazing and super helpful.
I hope I dont need a body shop again, but if I do, I'm coming to Cook's!

My car was sideswiped while I was in the store. Insurance told us to bring it to Cook's. They said 2 weeks max is how long it would take them to fix. Monday it will be a month. When I placed a call to them after 2 weeks it hadn't even been touched yet. They knew we only had 1 vehicle and that's why they took pics and ordered parts. So we could have our car that we so desperately need. We brought the car in when the parts were there and they were ready to work on it. All of the ppl there are very pleasant. I can not comment on their work because... Well after almost a month I still have no vehicle. However, their communication skills needs a lot of work. Let a customer know if you're not going to make your estimated time frame on repairs. Let them know if any delays or mishaps. I believe this is why y'all get bad reviews . Like I said everyone in the office is very pleasant. I hope y'all put yourselves in a customers shoes sometime. Would you be happy in the situation that your lack of communication has put them in?

Brian and the team made sure to take great care of getting the communication clear and what needed done with the vehicle done that sadly got totaled in the end. If ever you get in a wreck, I fully recommend this team to take care of you.

I had a not so good time with cooks auto and body. My car was hit while I was parked and I went to where the insurance place told me to go to. So I get there it's takes 4 or 6 weeks to fix my car and when ingetvit back the front two head lights know have mositer in them and the AC worked before I brought it to cooks . Know aknow it's doesn't. Why didnthey not check all this before I pick up my vehicle. Why do I have to loose money again by missing work to return to the auto place to get it fixed. This makes me so mad the people who helped me were not very nice or helpful. I am NOT pleased with the customer service service and I will not recommend any one to do business with them.

My beautiful Mazda was hit in a parking lot. I took it to Cook's in Milton, and I got it back 4 days later looking brand new again. They even cleaned the interior. I am so pleased. I even got a status update so I knew what to expect. Fantastic job!

So, I have no animosity towards cook's whatsoever. My car was recently brought here and was totaled out by my insurance company. It was the right decision though. I appreciate the professionalism and honestly provided by cooks on the condition of my car and the fairness in the quote sent to my insurance company. Thank you cooks. I've never experienced this level of service, integrity, kindness and quality of work in "any" other auto service or repair facility. This is simply an amazing shop to do business with.I've had body damage repaired and repainted and several visits to have accessories professionally installed. Each time I had the good fortune to have Robert take care of us.Quite frankly, I can't say enough good things about Robert and Cook's. My highest recommendation.
