Love On the Run fitness and Pilates! Vickie is motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging every session. The studio is pristine and you always get a great workout. Working with reformer and chair Pilates is the perfect combination of strength training, cardio and core in each class. Highly recommend this studio!

The studio is very clean and organized. Vickie is awesome; she really takes her time to understand what is safest for you. My back problems have improved tremendously since going!
