I'm an event marketing manger and was working at a trade show in Naples. I submitted a custom print project on a Saturday, called them as soon as they opened on Monday morning, and they had the materials printed and delivered by EOD Monday! They were also kind enough to include some goodies in the package they delivered. Highly recommend for fast and professional services.

I thought the service I had from Paul was excellent, I've been working in print for 30 years and he clearly knew his stuff, as did his staff who understood the pagination, colour requirements and the like. Paul took his time to chat with me and show me some of his latest machinery as well as my own print needs — a 20 page saddle stitched 4 col A4 (US) publication with 400 copies required overnight. He himself personally delivered to the conference the next day. I liked Paul's approach as a manager and the fact that he delivered perfectly. If only everyone could do the same!
