VENDOR'S BEWARE!Burned again, management called with a crisis and upper management/ownership took the scum bag option to not pay the invoice.

Left after 2 years and rent increased significantly ($1,500 first year to $1,900 second year and they requested $2,500 for the third year....yeah, no). You'd think with so much influx of cash that the quality would increase as well, but you'd be sorely mistaken. The gym never had water or wipes to clean the equipment and the A/C working there was hit or miss. Landscaping took a turn south and people left dog crap everywhere. Not sure if a lot of people from Miami started to move here, but this is not the calm and clean Naples way of life. The worst part of it is that they charged us a $500 cleaning fee at move-out when they had told us that they would not if we took it upon ourselves to clean thoroughly. My wife and I proceeded to spend hours cleaning only to be met with the bill. After several emails back and forth, they proceeded to send us to collections for $500 when we never even missed a single rent payment. Goes to show how much they value and treat their responsible tenants.

The staff are all very nice and helpful except for the community manager, who in my experience has made promises and then walked them back and pretended she never said it.The community is beautiful but it is hindered by the very cheap, money-hungry owners/management company, West Shore. The buildings are falling apart, with huge cracks in the ceiling from past hurricanes, extensive water damage in the apartments, tile layed so badly that your furniture lays crooked, and termites. Additionally, they would rather leave residents with damaged apartments, even if damage was caused by their own team, just to save a dime. IF they have to order something new (appliance, A/C parts, etc.) it will take WEEKS or MONTHS.ex: Assigned Parking signs, which residents were offered for an extra monthly fee, have been "ordered" since August of last year.I don't believe that any of these delays are the fault of the staff working here at the local office, but rather a product of a management company who is very unwilling to spend any of the money they collect.Regardless, I do love the location, the view from my apartment, and how quiet the neighborhood usually is. Only recently has the quiet been disturbed by late night weekend parties at the pool, but on weekdays it is still very quiet and peaceful. My apartment is bright with lots of windows and light, and the main bedroom is very spacious. We are very close to several grocery stores and restaurants, and very close to work as well.I would like to praise Michelle and Ashley, who have been especially helpful and communicative, which is very appreciated. Evelyn was also very helpful when she worked here. The maintenance team responds very fast to any issues that they are able to fix in-house.

Maitenance is non existent if something is working right. Pool area was closed a lot and the water was dirty. Roaches and palmetto bugs are in most apartments. Not recommended

Belvedere has changed. Becoming a slum. Pool area filthy. Wet gum, trash, old food, soda spilled on the pool deck. Cigarette buts on pool deck and grounds, ( and this is supposed to be a non-smoking community). Trespassers having huge parties all day on weekends preventing residents from enjoying a clean quiet day at their own pool. Landscape dead, not replaced. New residents totally unaware of apartment etiquette.

I live here and the attention from the management is exceptional. If you want to feel cared for like a family, come and meet the people who work here.

My unit (#117) was recently condemned due to the excessive, heavy levels of black mold in the apartment. Stay far away. All of these units are riddled with toxic black mold. It was causing health issues for me, my 11 year old, and my dog. If you live here, I highly recommend getting a third party mold specialist to inspect your unit. Belvedere is the most negligent apartment complex I've ever lived at, and has zero morals or ethics when it comes to their residents. The demographics have also gone way downhill over the last year or so. There are much better options, and nicer apartments in Naples. Save yourself and stay away from this place.

Words of thanks and gratitude... I moved here in Aug 2022 from NJ. I rented my apartment site unseen and have never regretted my decision. I had excellent help and guidance from the office staff. I'm about to sign another years lease and the one constant person who has been such an asset from the very start is a young woman named Michelle. She is bright, polite, professional and will help make your living experience at Belvedere a place you want to come home to at the end of the day. For those of you looking for a quieter, smaller complex, please check out Belvedere at Quail Run and be sure to ask for Michelle.

My name is Sean. My Mom and I needed a place to move into about a month ago so I could take care of her and we were in Houston Texas. We looked at the website and talked to the people at the leasing office who guided us through the description of the property and apartment floorplans. We picked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and recently moved in to the complex.Great location, great staff and Michelle has been very kind and very helpful in educating me on the introduction of the move in to our new place. My Mom and I love the new apartment and the screened in Lanai for our two kitties to play in and bird watch. Belvedere at Quail Run is a really good place to live with friendly and helpful staff. I'm really enjoying my experience here and highly recommend this property as well. Thank you!Sean.

I moved a few days ago and we can't be happier, we love the atmosphere, the neighbor was very kind to see us. But above all the attention of Mariana, the girl who helped us with the contract, overcame everything! We are more than grateful to her for helping us to have our home!!

Extremely poor management. High turnover of staff. Nobody calls back or helps with any questions after the contract is signed. They also deduct more than what is told from the deposit, which after 4 months I'm still waiting to receive. I do not recommend at all.
