What's the point of having business hours if it's not staffed anyway?
At least 10 times in the past year, I've gone well within business hours, only for the store to be shut with no explanation, or a "be back in 15 minutes" sign, when nobody returns in 15 minutes, or even the remaining hours until close time.
Better off going anywhere else, because business hours at other vitamin stores mean something

They turn the lights on, but they don't unlock the front door. The place is never open. I think it might be a front for something else. You can't get anyone to answer the phone either.

Pulled up multiple times at this location with door locked and little notes on door saying reopening shortly or went to lunch or call this number to get in… bad business

I am so very happy with the young man who was working at the cash register on this day. He was so very helpful and also gave my fiancé a discount on our product's. He was very helpful and also gave us even more info on products we were curious about. He was a very sweet, funny and kind young man.

Had a bunch of stuff I needed to buy and waited for over 20 minutes. Called repeatedly but no one answered. There was a sign on the door that said be back in 15 min @ 3pm. Well it’s 3:35 and There’s still no one here. Not happy, at all.

Is this location closed? Last two times I have gone there has been a lock box on the door and the door was locked. Lights were on and all of the merchandise was still inside. I even called the store from my car and no one picked up. Called another GNC store and they said this location should be open and didn't know why it was locked.

GNC at Business Circle, Naples Fl. is a well stocked store and the management and staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and professionally friendly. It's a pleasure to do business there.
