I have been going to them for years and I can not say enough good things. It is obvious they are passionate about what they do and incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them . So so so much better than Eby experience I have ever had with the geek squad. Wish there was a way to learn more than five stars !!

What a day! I was about to start a video chat when my computer went black & wouldn’t turn back on. Made the mistake of going to Geek Squad first — NEVER AGAIN! Horrible experience I won’t even get into. Then I remembered Maxeffect Computers and OMG they saved me! They were able to recover my hard drive & clone everything to a new computer in a couple hours!Couldn’t fix the old —have to go deal with HP on that — but got me up & running so quickly and with the best customer service (after the literal worst customer service at Best Buy).Can not recommend them more!!!

Maxeffect is my go to place for any computer issues or repairs. My most recent visit was to have my personal information removed prior to disposing of old laptops. They removed what I needed them to and disposed of the computers for a very minimal fee. They have also been great about logging in remotely to address issues with my computer in the past.

Great experience. I spilled a craft from a kids project water glue and glitter all over my keyboard. They were able to clean it and get my key oard working. Obviously getting things to work is not going to be something across the board my situation is my situation but they gave me a best case scenario and a worst case scenario. They were great communicators and very professional! Will never go to anyone else but Maxeffect. Fantastic experience start to finish!

Lee and his team are absolutely amazing. My son built a gaming computer and had all the right pieces but it wouldn't work. Lee quickly diagnosed the problem updated something (not my skill set) and had it up in running in no time. Thank you!

This place is a find for all your computer and networking needs. Lee and his team are dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. Maxeffect understands coax, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. And they know how to recommend gear and integrate it all together. They've installed and deployed for us a wired UniFi network/gateway/switch and multiple PoE access points after mounting a network cabinet to hold all the gear. If you appreciate working with a team that measures twice and cuts once in everything they do, you'll call them. For all these reasons, I don't let anyone else mount our large screen TVs either!
