Where do I start! I am a single mom of two I went to get in my car Monday morning and it would not start! I tried to jump it and it still would not start my neighbor came over and suggest Roland's I gave them a call I spoke with Alex and immediately he worked with me and helped me out in every way possible. They had my car for about four days and Alex took the time to thoroughly go through all off the possibilities as to why my car would not start. Once Alex and Roland found out why my car would not start the problem was fixed within a couple hours! Being a single woman it is scary to have your car worked on because some places try to take advantage and make as much money as possible. Roland's is an honest company with honest hard working people that genuinely care for others! If you are looking for a place to get work done on your car big or small GO TO ROLANDS!!! I really cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you Roland and Alex for your time attention and understanding of my situation!

My air conditioner quit working on a hot day while I was driving around downtown Naples. It wasn't until other systems started shutting down that I realized it was not the a/c, but rather, the alternator - I was running off my battery and it was getting low. I cruised into Roland's and was treated incredibly well. Despite being very busy with scheduled work - my plight was addressed immediately. When there was some trepidation in telling me the battery MIGHT need to be replaced - I knew I had found a gem! My alternator and battery were replaced at an appropriate price and I had my vehicle later that same day. I'm only here seasonally, but when I need work done - Roland will get it all - and I'll make an appointment next time!Services: Electrical repair

Roland has done alot of work for me over the years. If he says it , it is true. Always know him to be very conservative, not a parts replacer . Great man, always personable a problem solver not a maker.
