“Walked in here like five times in the past few months. EVERYTIME the people working were EXTREMELY helpful. Not only that they have enough employees there to help the other customers that were there.
Last time I really worked on a car was like in 1985. It has not been my thing for a long time which means I don't know the exact name of the products or parts that I needed.
We joked about it! But they used my bad descriptions to figure out what I needed. Last thing. It seemed to matter to them that I was buying the right part.
I am in the midst of an extremely busy stretch of life and I REALLY appreciate the effort and time they took to help me out. The extra few minutes they took will certainly save what is most important to me right now....TIME.
