The staff in particular Angie whom was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met navigating my policy. I have several properties in Pasco County and have been working with Starkey insurance for several years. All the staff at the agency doing an amazing job. I tend to work with Deena The most and can’t say enough good things about her. With all the properties I have, there is a lot going on and a lot of moving pieces. I don’t have to worry about anything. Deena is very responsive and she always has me covered.

Longtime client and always treated very well. In the insurance world nowadays where everyone is looking for a better deal (where it's really hard to find one) Jeff Starkey and his staff - especially Deena Volk, go above and beyond and then some to assist.
I have always had a great experience with them and as I said, when the products are so close and high-ticket dollar amounts, this agency provides the customer service that makes a difference in the already painful process!

This is the first time I have spoken with a broker who argued with me, that it is “normal” for them to ask what my new policy cost is will be my current insurance company. She actually went back and forth with me on this. Lady, no it isn’t. Just give me the quote from Progressive thanks.
