We went there for 2 adult cuts, and man did that lady mess up Nathans hair! We got back to the hotel, and I had to go buy scissors. He went from a Mohawk to a fade and she left many big chunks of his Mohawk in the back and I had to cut it the best of my abilities LOL, but nope, that lady cannot cut hair to save her life. I ended up fixing mine too once I got home. I would never go back

Always a great experience. I bring my boys here with me too. Jen is GREAT! I was sent her way by a mutual friend (also a stylist/barber). I needed a cut and quickly, I set my appointment via the app (super easy) and showed up on time, Jen greeted me when I walked in, then she throughly cleaned her area and welcomed me back to her chair. We went over how I wanted my hair cut and she made some suggestions, after my cut and wash was over, I felt like a million dollars walking out. Ask for Jen.

I am not one to write reviews, I am 34yo and I have written maybe 3-4 google/yelp reviews in my lifetime but the way the manager at this location treated me this past Sunday 6/30 was just wrong. I arrive at 3:20 PM, (They close at 4 PM), They had 3 stylists, 2 of them with empty chairs on the floor and 2 people in the que waiting to be cut. I start to input my phone number to check-in and the larger lady with glasses (she has been here awhile and I assume is a manager) told me she wont cut my hair because her screen said "no more wait time".) I did not see this anywhere on the screen and this is not the first time they have done this to me. Your telling me you can't cut 2 people in 40 mins? I used to work hospitality in college so I get it if I came in with 5 mins to close but it was nearly 45 mins to cut 3 people. If they really don't to work till 4 on a Sunday then change your availability or find a job where you don't work weekends but for me to have to go find a place to get a haircut when I walked into this one with almost an hour left until they close and they just want to go home early.......Unacceptable for a business. I have been using Sports Clips locations for many years and have never had an issue with any other store except for this one. One time I came in and the staff was sitting on the floor behind the counter while there were people waiting to be cut. SMH, I will NOT be returning to this sport clips location and I don't recommend anybody else come here on the weekend either. Just rude staff all because you decide to arrive within their normal working hours on a Sunday. I'm sure the owner will never see this post but he/she/they should take a hard look at their Sunday mgmt. staff. The worst part, they charge $30 a haircut (no biggie) with free neck trims. they didn't even ask if I was their for a quick neck trim, they just rolled their eyes as soon as they saw me walk in the door at 3:20 when they close at 4 PM. BTW, I tip $5 on free neck trims and $10-$15 on every $30 haircut. So to spend nearly $50 a haircut and be treated like your an inconvenience.....??? No thank you!!!
