Purchased thousands of dollars of appliances for our new built home. A problem with everything. Also the installation was a scam, not using kit we paid for, wrong appliance installed, refused to return, terrible customer service. BEWARE!!!!!!! This is not over. Read outcome on social media. Do not purchase from Home Depot, you WILL regret it. Dryer, washer, refrigerator and microwave.
They have no social value, integrity, or concern for the customer. (Except one associate). I lost more time and money fighting this then it was worth. But, I will continue. Why? Because they aren't curing cancer or feeding hungry kids or putting a roof over heads, they are selling a product which is fine but please Home Depot don't take yourself so seriously. The power of social media weeds out the good from the bad. Let's see the expressions when it all comes back.

Ugh, always busy, never enough employees can’t find anything. My last ditch effort if all the little hardware stores can’t help me.
Employees ignore you but yet4 are standing at the self checkout instead of just helping you.

I've tried my best to navigate their webside. It's absolute garbage. Always has been. I won't do business with a store that I can't trust and I won't trust them with my credit information either.

Pick up for online orders, curbside, was an easy experience today. It can sometimes be a little bit of a wait, but is usually worth it.

Very nice, clean place to shop for most home needs. The garden center wasn't the best, in my opinion, but the bathrooms were gorgeous. I didn't need much at this store, but it was a nice experience with great customer service as well.

Went in to rent a box truck yesterday. Turns out their new ID verification system was down for the day and they have no backup system so they couldn't rent anything out. Thanks for the time waste! At least the guy working there was able to suggests a different business to rent from.

Went in to purchase a washer and ended up buying a dryer also with all the extras they sold me on. Accessories and warranties. I made it clear at time of purchase that delivery time must be after 3:30 pm. I work 7 days a week till 3pm. First delivery time 9:30 am.. I again told them that is imposssible for me and rescheduled again only to get a new time 4 more days later for 1pm. I was than told they don't and can't Guarantee a delivery time. So 10 days of inconvenience the order has been canceled.

Well, if you've been to a home Depot, this is a home Depot. There's not much more to say about that fact. It's a decently managed home Depot.
