I had a good experience here! It was a decent price for what I got and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. My nail technician was very kind and she did a good job. The communication was a little difficult due to the language barrier, but overall I had a very positive experience. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Not a pleasant experience. I went in there to get my acrylics removed and I was waiting for a while before I was assisted. After 30 minutes of waiting they took me to get my nails removed and it was very unprofessional. She was drilling the nail down and burned my skin a few times and started drilling my real nail which kept hurting. There is no protection barrier so all the dust and nails were going in my eyes and face which was unpleasant. Then my technician left to assist other clients while I was waiting for my nails to soak. I didn’t mind this but it took her a good 20-25 minutes and I had mentioned to her I needed to go for a meeting. She came back to my station and took the drill tip and reused it on the other client and then came back and reused the same drill on me. It was not hygienic. After all was said and done it took me way more than an hour to get my nails removed which is usually a 15 minute procedure. I was late to my meeting and then my natural nail broke, which hurt so bad. My advice to this business is to 1) not make their clients wait for so long and tell them it will be 5 minutes, 2) staff needs to be more professional, 3) proper hygiene needs to be implemented, 4) consider hiring more technicians. I also noticed a lot of the nail polish was expired and the nail samples were dusty and chipped. I was told to not go here but I gave it a chance since it was so close to my meeting area but I don’t think I will go back again.Service: Acrylic nails

Have been coming to this shop for several years and have nothing but good things to say. They're always willing to take walk-ins and the shop is clean. Staff is very friendly and they do a good job. 100% recommend!Services: Foot massages

Walked in for a basic mani/pedi (no polish or gel) to let my nails recover from a horrible job done previously elsewhere. (I wont even review that place they were so bad) To be a walk in, they immediately greeted me and sat me down. Ladies were nice and friendly, smiling and busy with other regular customers that also seemed happy to be there as regulars. May be a tad pricey for what little I had done but not over the top expensive. Everywhere is expensive and most would not have wanted a customer for basic services. Left happy and will return again.

Two friends suggested this little spot in Jonesville. Got the toenail trim and gel polish; very happy with the results! Lang did a terrific job.

This place is extremely overpriced, I got a French set of acrylics and was charged $80. I have never paid that much for nails and they definitely aren't the best either.Service: Acrylic nails

Eh pass. This is my 3rd time coming. First experience was great. Second time I booked for me and my mom and arrived to see them closing up the shop an hour early because there were no customers? Mind you we made a reservation. Last time was yesterday I was seated and woman began my nails and put two nails on very crooked and I asked her to please redo and she tried to convince me that no it was fine till I insisted. Redid it still crooked and I asked again to please fix and she said “I don’t know what you want I will call another woman over to deal with you “ wow. The second woman did an okay job you can see in picture pinky is still crooked but wow the customer service is unbelievably rude.Service: Acrylic nails

Miss Jessie always does an amazing job on my manicures & pedicures. She is so kind and accommodating. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 6 years and always recommend her salon whenever someone asks me where I get my beautiful nails done. I was disgusted and won’t return . They don’t use Fresh out the pack sterile instruments. So be careful you might end up with a fungus or nail infection . The nail stations are dirty and dusty . The nail technician approached me as he was digging his nose , sat down and expected me to give him my hand . I had to ask him to wash his hands as he grumbled under his breath he washed his hands . They don’t use plastic liners in their foot basin .And they don’t make a show of cleaning it in front of you

I’ve tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt after being disappointed before. They don’t answer the phone when you call to schedule an appointment and when I came in they said they were busy. Not even making an offer to come back later, schedule an appointment, etc. I guess they have too many customers and don’t want any more.

We parked right out front, husband went in to ask about availability. They told him 15mins. He said "OK" and came and sat in the car with me. About 10mins later, I walked in and said "I am waiting with my husband for the two pedi's and a gel fill, may I use your restroom?" they said yes. When I was finished I sat down inside and started looking through the nail designs. about 5 minutes later my husband came and joined me inside. approximately another 5 minutes went by and they were checking somebody out and one of the employees came over to me and said that she had time to do the Pedi's but I have to come back tomorrow for the fill. I asked why she didn't tell my husband that in the first place? She said he walked out and they didn't see him until then but clearly I had said what I was there for and beyond that he said okay when she said 15 minutes. Also the fact that we were still waiting there nobody else came in nobody else had left so why all of a sudden was it "well we're closing?" we would have immediately went somewhere else, we get ONE date night a month, which includes me getting my nails done and us enjoying a Pedicure together, now that we stayed and waited it's too late to go elsewhere. They should have been upfront immediately rather than us wasting our time. We don't live near here, we were over this way having dinner, so tomorrow is not an option. I just think it's rude to have told us one thing yet want to do another without asking initially.
