DO NOT SHOP AT SHELL. This is not a reflection on the staff at this location but more on the company. We came to this location to get gas, and got denied because we typed in our zip wrong (we just moved and muscle memory) and when we tried to go in and pay got denied again. I checked my bank account and when I was denied at the pump they charged me the rest of what was in my bank account. All my money was gone. When I called customer service they explained to me that it happens sometimes and that they do not have the money and don’t know when it will be back in my account. They compared it to how hotels put a hold on cards which annoyed me because that’s not the same thing at all and at hotels you’re aware of the pending charge and they don’t charge your entire bank account. I asked to speak to a higher up because I didn’t think that this was right. I have no money to get gas for the week and I have no idea when my money is going to be back and I didn’t know how they can just randomly do that. Even if they aren’t in possession of my money they are still the reason my money is ALL gone in the first place and I feel like they need to do something to make sure this doesn’t happen to people in the future. I was hung up on multiple times by custom service when I was asking to speak to a higher up. I wouldn’t recommend risking having you’re entire bank account stolen for a simple mistake like typing in the wrong zip code.

I ran out of gas called the store. They had gas can I walked over got a gas can put a couple dollars in the car came back filled up. Very nice staff.

Great customer service, clean restrooms and friendly staff
