My garage is still broken. We have a brand new house and occasionally pops up as it hits a sensor. They came out to fix it were here for a minute and then left.

if you have a DR Horton, house call them first because they’re the only ones that have the tools to fix the springs

Pete the tech was a professional. He left both garage doors in better condition than he arrived and check all the moving parts from chains to hinges. It was reassuring to see someone who cares about the quality and craftsmanship versus doing the bare minimum. Highly recommend
