I traveled 30 miles to come to this tractor supply, never again. I was looking for plants the garden center is shameful. Half the plants are either have brown leaves and falling off or leafs are wither up. I talked with the manager (waste of time) I asked if she was aware of the conditions of her garden center. She said yes, I said half your plants a dieing or dead. She said no they get water everyday and walked away from me. Tractor supply you have to do better because I will not be back, I'll travel closer to me and go to Rural King

I have been to this location a few times and the service was okay. Today I went to pick up an online order before it was pulled, and I received more attitude than service. I offered to pull the items myself, and this was okay to me as the paying customer but I was chastised by the employee who told me I needed to wait to pick up until I got the email confirming the order was ready. The items were available in store, and I was happy to pull them myself. Really not sure why I received attitude for a prepaid transaction. Disappointed with the experience. I will avoid this location for future purchases.

Like the other TSC store in our area, they were out of several organic feed products, in particular whole organic feed corn, which is all we feed. At least they had two bags of cracked organic corn, which is better than nothing, I guess.

I usually like Tractor Supply, but the garden area at the North Fort Myers location is a mess. Right at the entrance there’s a display of rosebushes—and every single one is dead. It really sets the tone. Most of the plants in the garden section look wilted, dry, and neglected, with dead leaves and branches everywhere. We told the shift lead about the rosebushes and she did not seem concerned at all. She said she was going to let someone know. I cannot imagine being the manager of the store leaving this messy display out front for everyone to see. Clearly the plants are not getting the care they need.
Now, let’s talk about the power tool area. How can you sell power tools if you don’t have them on display for people to look at? Almost every single display was missing multiple tools.
If you’re coming here for anything garden-related, don’t bother. The inside of the store is clean, but the garden area is honestly embarrassing. I expected better.

We own a food truck, and multiple times they overfilled the tanks. This could potentially cause an explosion. Now they want you to remove the tank off the truck, which isn’t feasible. If you need propane, I recommend Jacob’s in ft Myers. Much better experience.

Manager, Dawn, using a new forklift, loaded 16' steel panels on my trailer..Very professional and did an awesome job...Such a pleasure to have great ? people working for your company...Not seen like this every where.

Every time we order online to be delivered. The order never shows up !!! We have to make like 10 calls only for them to give us an excuse why the driver cant make it. Take your business somewhere else ! Horrible delivery service !

They'll sell you their over priced well pump all day long but if you think you're going to buy 1 1/4" PVC fittings to install this pump you might as well go somewhere else because I guarantee you're not going to find those fittings at this store!!

Come here all the time and the people are so nice. I go today and can’t find what I need, so I ask the blonde at the front, well needless to say she was useless and didn’t even offer to come help me find it. Just said, “well, I don’t know. That’s where it should be” hate people with no customer service!!!!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help me find what I need. Fair prices. Only wish there was a location around Central or South Fort Myers. But, until then. Will definitely be a returning customer!
