Excellent service. Called Marc ahead of time with what I needed. He had the parts ordered before I got there, and had my car serviced in under an hour. This is how a company should be ran! Will be back with Marc and his team for any future services.

Thanks to the team in Playa Auto Care. They really take care of me, especially Ronaldo and Marc. I mean these guys stay after the shop is closed to finish working on my care. That's dedication to their craft. Thanks guys!

I was here over a while ago for a routine check up, oil change and replacement of air filters. I didn’t realize until I had the filters replaced again that the ones installed by playa were not the proper fitting for my vehicle. This resulted in them being shoved In and crunched. When it comes to business, especially mechanics, you pay for the trust to do the little things right and these little details matter. Proceed with caution.

It’s hard to come by a good mechanic that not only does a decent job, but is trustworthy. Marc was extremely helpful from start to finish. He got my car done same day, good as new, zero pressure to do any additional work or any sort of upselling. This is my new spot. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.

I called to get a quote on a service and my response was “Um I don’t have time for that” I understand being busy but you can always say things nicely like sorry I’m busy right now if you come in I can better assist you. I’m glad I called before I went in and gave my hard earned money to someone who is rude and doesn’t know how to treat potential customers.
