I have been a client of Synovus Bank NMB for many years and have only great things to say about this location. They are professional, caring and very knowledgeable about all aspects of banking. Stephanie, Mathew and Isaiah are always available and eager to answer any questions or concerns I may have. When they advise me and my loved ones, you know they have our best interest. They treat you like family and I've never found that with any other bank I've been associated with. If you're looking for a bank with a qualified, caring staff...look no further. You can lay your head to rest at night, knowing they are working for you.

I have started going to this branch sincw earlier this year. I feel very prioritized and welcoming in this place. I have noticed all the employees in this branch greet their customer with smiles as soon as you enter inside, politely answering their queries. The best thing is that I don't have to wait unnecessarily. This branch met my expectations.

I went to this bank with $300 cash to open a checking account for my student son. Unfortunately it was not a very pleasant experience with their accounts rep. They treated us like we were applying for an unsecured loan. They wanted statement or bills with his home address, two forms of identification and they also ran his credit report. I explained to her that he was a student and he doesn't have bills and statements in his name because his parents can afford to support him. It didn't matter, he was denied due to not having a credit history.
We went to Bank of America and had zero issues opening a checking account with $300 cash and a student ID. Bank of America made it simple and we had a checking account opened for him on the same day. I will tell everyone not to use Synovus bank and they will never see my business.

I love this location for Synovus Bank because it's in a safe location with a lot of lighting and a lot of parking. Also, the wait times inside of the restaurant are not long which makes it enjoyable.
