This five star is not for the bank it self but is for an employee by the name of kerline Jean (I might have spelled her name wrong) but she is just a fresh breath of air she helped me and my mom open a cd account and it was like we was visiting a family member the way she had us laughing never before have I had an experience like this at any bank she took the time to explained everything about the cd account in detail even my mom who don’t speak English was able to fully understand her listen Wellsfargo you have a great employee who needs to be a manager asap

Very bad service. I have an appointment they make me wait for half an hour, they was just talking between them. When they finally finished their talk. They call me and said they can't take care of me because my appointment already pass.

Every time I come to this location there is only 1 very seldomly 2 clerks that are working with a line of 15 people you would think for such a busy branch they would employ more people . SMH this is ridiculous . The wait is always 45 min or longer . GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH .! Unless you have an hour to waste .

It’s so frustrating as a paying customer when we call in to Wells Fargo we get poor service. I have a few accounts linked to my mobile app and one of them I just called in to get the contact information for and the guy just rushed me off the phone and transfer me to Wells Fargo credit card department. I don’t have a credit card.. SMH people take your job seriously and help the customers just don’t rush them off to a different department and let someone else deal with it. But Thank you to the lady that did help me in the credit department.

After to call many times and be in 2 Wells Fargo branch, I had 3 different information about my application. I have many issues to fixe and my bank messed up with my plans. I visit this Wells Fargo branch and Johnny Calixte came up with the solution. He just listen to me and fixed everything. I’m so happy with this type of experience. Wells Fargo need more people like him.

Closest location aside from downtown Miami Shores to the Miami Shores area. Not the easiest accessibility and parking can be a pain with how it’s directed but overall good.

The wells fargo in nmb wouldn't help me and told me I needed an appointment. These guys made an exception and take care of me right away.. very respectful and helpful. Thank you! Great staff.
