These people are jokes. They came in on Saturday, and it was obvious they did not want to work. They complained that we weren't ready for them because we still had some personal belongings on some end tables and the dresser. The lead mover called his boss and exaggerated the situation. They took what was already in their truck and brought it back in the house and said their boss told them to leave. There was plenty of work for them to do while we took 15 minutes to clear the furniture. They were also unhappy about a very heavy granite table. When I told them that, that was why I hired 4 men, one of them said that the reason they had 4 men there was because they didn't like working Saturday and it was so they could get done faster. Now I'm scrambling to find someone that can move me ASAP.

Our move was very challenging because we had to work around Hurricane Milton. Frank and his team were very flexible and helpful to get us packed and moved successfully. We were very pleased with the care they took to pack our household goods and not to damage anything during the move. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They arrived early, which was wonderful! They worked non stop in getting my furniture and items carefully wrapped and packed and on the truck. The 3 workers that came were courteous, respectful and attentive to my needs. There were a few things that needed to get done besides wrapping and packing and they were very helpful and got them done.

From start to finish a very good experience. The guys that packed up the house paid attention to detail and handled everything with utmost care. As well at the other end. The only thing I would say could use improvement was communication about expectations for delivery. The office staff were kind and accommodating when I called to ask questions. I just would have appreciated a more proactive setting of expectations. All considered, a very good experience.

6/11/24 Update: used C&F for our main move and they were competent and wonderful. And they were able to move my 1280 lb safe! No scratches or dents. Nice job boys! Thank you!
These guys are amazing. I emptied some storage units and had them move it to my new home an hour away to a second level in our shop( up 18 steps). I had a truck full of boxes, so those poor guys must have had to go up and down those steps 100s of times. Not one complaint about the amount of steps and they did exactly what we asked. Couldn't be happier with the move. Looking forward to them handling the rest of my things, including a 1280 lb gun safe. These guys are A-1.

They communicated well with our design firm throughout the receiving and storage period and helped us cut our installation time in half through careful preparation before the move and orderly and attentive presence on the jobsite.
