Although I did not have an appointment with this clinic, the customer service here is absolutely amazing. They were not able to provide the service that I needed but they pointed me in the right direction, and I was amazed with how they went the extra mile and helping me find what I needed for my dog. Customer service 10/10.

This facility is great! We were looking for a companion for our current dog. Although we did not find the right fit right now they helped us through the whole process and we’re very understanding of our circumstances. You can tell they truly care for the animals!

Highly HIGHLY recommend! My dog was neutered, got his shots, his nails trimmed, and medicine for an amazing price. He healed so well, and we had no issues.

I have been taking cats to Animal Aid for a while now. They have been so helpful. The last cat I brought there Dr. Amy showed such caring to try to alleviate the mange & skin condition he had. They work O/T to help the animals & deserve our support. They are doing a great service for us individually as well as the community.

The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. This little office is super busy but they still have great, helpful customer service. You can see everyone working there truly loves animals. Making a donation to this organization is a wonderful investment for precious animals‼️❤️?

I have a stray kitten around six months old that has been coming to my yard. I have been feeding him and have been calling around to try an find someplace that I could take him so that maybe he could get adopted out. I have four cats and unable to take in another one. I was finally able to speak to a girl named Amy at Animal Aid who was a God sent and explained to be things that I could do with the kitten. This kitten is very sweet I wish I could afford to keep him. Anyway Thank you Amy!!

I brought my cat king to get neutered and he received great care. i dropped him off around 10 and they called me to pick him up around 12:30, which was extremely fast for all the other animals that was before mine. The staff was sweet and took king in as their own. will definitely be back

I adopted Princess very unique cat in 2012. She is now 18yo. and doing great. She has a brother/lover from same place and with me since 2012.They have house full of unconditional love. Animal Aid is great place to adopt pet. Thank you Guys.Peter Miroslaw. Maybe you remember my adoption in 2012?Daniel is a big 20lb. cat. Princess is only 10lb.They have a great doctor at Coral Ridge Animal Hospital if needed.

Animal Aid is one of the best animal rescue/rehabilitation clinics I’ve ever come across, and I’ve volunteered at quite a few throughout the years. Tammy was incredibly helpful and caring. Her willingness to help me and others bringing animals to the clinic very much impressed me. Tammy is a wonderfully caring person and the animals at Animal Aid are lucky to have her. This place is run by donations only, so please donate what you can for all of these wonderfully sweet abandoned/injured/homeless animals. Volunteers are also appreciated! Thank you Tammy and Animal Aid, God bless you for all the miraculous work you are doing to help these beautiful animals!!

This place is great ! ... once I figured out how to obtain a Broward County TNR Voucher, I called AnimalAid for my already-pregnant community cat that I'd been feeding since a kitten. They managed to squeeze her in immediately (on a Friday) and provide the entire set of procedures and shots in a single day at very reasonable cost (for the extras beyond the voucher). Staff is wonderfully friendly and efficient. Will definitely continue to use this clinic.

They are such a blessing! Tamara & Amy are amazing, as well as the entire staff. Because of their help, I have been able to take VERY good care of my own cats, as well as help many rescue cats and improve their quality of life. Without their generous help, those precious cats would be suffering. I thank God for Tamara and Animal Aid everyday?

Tami was fantastic and kind. She helped me adopt this precious little dog. She answered all my questions and explained all his needs. You leave with a care package of food and medicine. He had been through quite an ordeal and Dr. Green at Total Pet Care took care of all his medical needs. Animal Aid is an amazing caring shelter and I also recommend Total Pet Care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Animal Aid. I had to put my 16 year old little dog to sleep. Tammy was so kind and compassionate during this very difficult process. I wrapped my dog in a blanket that she loved, and was able to stay with her in the car while she was given her first shot to relax her completely. Tammy came out about 15 minutes later and got her, all cozy and wrapped in her blanket, and took her in so the vet could administer the second shot to put her to sleep. The cost was VERY fare and I felt that my dog got the most peaceful goodbye. While the place isn't fancy, the people were very compassionate and provide a wonderful service to the community.

Awesome loving friendly people would highly recommend. They are so nice if your pet doesent work out you can return the pet to the animal rescue.
