I find it hard to believe your a non profit organization, a lady surrendered her Yorker bc she couldn’t find him a home sitter , when she went back to get him . Your told her $1200 to get her benji back , not only did you change his name , you selling him . Shame on you , you’re not a rescue . You’re taking advantage of someones need of help . Your selling him . . That dog was financed . I am calling the bank …. Give her back her dog …

I had to dogs that I need to surrender I had no where to take them to be able to keep them so I had to call around to get them to a shelter I called around no help I call animal aid and right away they said bring them in so I did and they were there with open arms this was the hardest thing I had to do cause I had them for years but they are in a better place now praying that they will get adopted to a family that can take care of the them and love them thanks for animal aid

I went there as a walk in, no appt. They accommodated me and gave my two cats capstar, a tiny pill they administered, this is said to kill all fleas on them within 24 hours. Then squirted a dose of Nexgard Combo between their should blades on both cats. Because it kills all kinds of worms fleas could give them. I was in and out in 15 min and it was only 70.00. Other Vets told me a lot of other things and the cost was a couple hundred more. They are extremely busy and they had about 15 cat carriers in their lobby which means they are super busy, but I was in and out. I guess the other animals needed different treatments than mine. Hats off to this place!

Such a nice service they offer to the community. We got a Shiba Inu there and he is the sweetest dog I've ever seen. Many great dogs there and the cats were even better. All the cats seemed really kind and fun. We will get a cat from them soon.

I genuinely do not think anger can describe how I feel right now, I am livid. Today I dropped my cat off at 8 am for her SCHEDULED spading. It is now 3:00 pm. I went to go pick her up and saw she was left in the box I brought her in. She was soaked in urine and they never even did the surgery. When I asked why they said "The Vet just got done with the dogs we're working on #8. There was more animals than we expected" MY CAT WAS NUMBER SIX. Are you KIDDING ME? I am so so so furious and just overall enraged. My poor cat has been stuck in a small box since 8 AM!!! SEVEN HOURS. So you chose the animals who weren't scheduled over the scheduled ones? Are u kidding? Hopefully this place gets shut down you guys are inhumane.

This place is a joke,! And all the reviews must be internal or someone they paid to post! One of the worst facilities I have ever been to dropped off my cat at 8 o'clock in the morning they told me she would be done at 3 o'clock went back at 3:30. My cat still was not spayed. They told me they had a few other DROPS OFFS that they had to do before my SCHEDULED appointment And to come back but meanwhile my cat was sitting in a crate from 8 o'clock in the morning until 3:30 in the afternoon with no food, water or being able to urinate. My cat was panting when I got her cause she is so dehydrated.I would not recommend this place to an enemy save your money and go to a real Vet.

We are so happy we found this shelter. After being disappointed so many times at other shelters, this experience was a welcome change. It is by chance that I saw our PJ on Pet Finder, which took us to Animal Aid. The communication with Diane and Tamera was great and within four days, I was at Animal Aid adopting our beautiful boy! There was a minor issue with his neuter surgery and I brought him back the next day and the on-call vet was able to redo the surgery and as of today he is doing great! I know I have said it already, but we are really grateful for Animal Aid and the work they do. I believe it was destiny for sure. I also think that PJ found us, he was always going to be our baby boy!
