Bison Roofing did an amazing job on our roof replacement. The team was exceptionally quick, very careful during the roof tear off, excellent communication, and highly competitive on price. They worked directly with our HOA and explained all of our options in advance.

My name is Wayne Adams. I found out about Bison Roofing through an older gentleman named Allan Cohen in 2022. He was a salesman for home improvement programs. My roof was damaged from a storm and through Mr. Cohen I contacted Bison Roofing, who then sent Michael Ricci out and he made a fair proposal to me, for which I accepted. From the beginning to the end, Bison Roofing was very professional and neat when they came and did my roof. The workers picked up all the nails and other debris and was very respectful of my yard. The whole team at Bison Roofing should be commended for their professionalism installing my new roof. Michael Ricci and Hugo kept me updated throughout the roofing job on everything. He is to be well commended. I would recommend Bison Roofing to every county in the state of Florida.

I would like to recognize Hugo Garcia. I contracted with bison to replace 2 flat roofs and seal coat a florida room roof. we had some issues but hugo along with ownership exceeded my expectations to address and fix the issues. hugo is responsive, professional; a true gentleman. I totally trust him. he does what he says and I cant thank him enough. it's hard to find quality people in south florida who care about their customers. he answered every txt/call and immediately had people here to resolve the issues.

Bison Roofing did a great job from contract signing to roof install. The demo/install teams did excellent work on then house and cleaned up at then end of the workday. The project management team took us through the whole process seamlessly, always answering questions promptly

I strongly urge anyone considering Bison Roofing and Solar to steer clear. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Background: In 2016, I contracted Bison Roofing and Solar to install a new roof and solar panels. I was assured that the roof would be covered by a 10-year warranty and the solar panels by a 25-year warranty. Unfortunately, we are now facing leaks from either the roof or the solar panels. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues, the company's responses have been unhelpful. My efforts to get timely repairs have been met with excuses and a lack of follow-through.
Recent Developments: During a recent conversation with Teddy Long from the company, I learned that the current entity operating under the Bison name is only nominally related to the original company that completed my installation. It seems my original contract cannot be located due to a change in ownership. This has led to confusion and further delays in addressing the warranty issues.
Historical Issues: This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with Bison Roofing and Solar. In 2017, I experienced a major leak in two bedrooms caused by the solar panels. The resolution process was agonizingly slow. Initially, the company sent a salesperson instead of a qualified technician, and I was later informed that Bison no longer worked with the subcontractor responsible for the solar panels due to prior issues with their work.
Current Situation: Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from representatives including Vita, Katherine, and Hugo, the promised resolutions have not been fulfilled. The warranty information from the time of installation has not been honored, leaving me with a leaky roof and no support from the company.
I initially chose Bison Roofing and Solar based on positive reviews, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. It seems the company’s ethical standards and business practices have significantly deteriorated, leaving me with a substandard product and unresolved issues. I want to ensure other consumers are aware of these potential pitfalls when dealing with this company.

Bison installed a new roof and full set of solar panels in December of 2018. I have enjoyed not having an electric bill expense since 2018. The service Bison has provided since then until now has been incredible. Dan, their director, has made sure any questions I could have is answered. As the price for electricity keeps going up, I couldn't be happier with my decision. Added value to my home while saving a lot of money in the process.

Bison Roofing and Solar took care of our roof entirely
We installed solar onto our roof two years ago and did not replace our shingle roof then, with our aged roof, we began to shop around and noticed that not many roofers will even touch our roof because it has solar panels. Choosing Bison roofing and solar allowed us to get a new roof and hire a subcontractor that does remove and reinstall our solar panels at cost. The choice was clear and the Bison roofing team guided us along the path of a successful roof replacement project. We now have a brand new roof with a secondary water barrier!

I highly recommend this company for anyone Roofing or Solar needs.
My Account manager Keith was always available anytime I had any question and between him and the project coordinator I was keep up to date step by step.
The workers did a great job cleaning up and made sure to meet all of my needs.
I have replaced multiple roofs in my lifetime and Bison Roofing and Solar was by far the best in their workmanship.

My wife and I would highly recommend Bison roofing and Solar. I am a general contractor in the industry, and I have worked with many roofers over 21 years. We chose Bison because they could package the roofing and the solar, and to our surprise, they exceeded every single expectation we had. Their communication was amazing, they were prompt dependable and on time. They addressed all of our concerns. They not only changed the rotten facia as part of their contract, but they also primed and sealed it and they’re carpenters Did an amazing job.
Most importantly, they were extremely clean. I was there for them all day during the tear off and anything that fell off the protective tarps (which was laid all the way around our house ) was immediately picked up. They covered the pool as any roofer would, but when one piece of a tile fill on the plastic cover, they immediately temporarily removed it, so it would not sink in the pool and put out new plastic, which is above and beyond. When we went out for two hours and returned home on the evening of the tear off, they had cleaned up everything around the house, and did not leave anything including all the tarps all the way around the property. The next day they came and reinstalled the tarps and all the protective plastic around the house before they commenced. The metal roof came out flawless. If I could give them six stars out of five I would.
